Worst experience EVER! Ordered a washer and dryer and it was supposed to be installed today, well the delivery guys from Temco Logistics (which Home Depot owns) brought the appliances in placed them in front of the old washer (which still works) placed another appliance in the pathway to the patio door, said they didn’t have orders to take the old dryer (we already paid for removal which is on the receipt), stated the stackable appliances we purchased weren’t stackable yet while they were here I confirmed it on the phone with Home Depot on speakerphone said yes they are stackable. The person at Home Depot didn’t order the stacking kit so now we have to wait almost another week before we have a working dryer. My dad has dementia being without a dryer is extremely difficult!!! Here I talked my parents into going to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s because the delivery from Lowe’s was horrible but not as bad as this. Absolutely disgusted that they left my 85 year old mom and dad with nothing to use and the delivery guys ran out the door, like literally sprinted!! You’re better off hiring a legit company to do your install because today I’ve never dealt with such rude, immature punks. Home Depot didn’t offer any solution for the washing blocking an exit to their home other than, basically we will send a couple more idiots next Wednesday! So Home Depot is ordering the stacking kit that was supposed to be delivered TODAY! Not sure I trust Temco to install the appliances but being disabled I can’t lift or move these appliances! Good customer service is a thing...

The Home Depot you walk through the doors it's clean, smells like tools. The staff are busy at work. Help is available around every corner. I went there with the intention of putting a motor and tires from there on a children's ATV it was electric they showed me all available resources to do this with even though my idea was far-fetched they still wanted to see it and encouraged me they did not sell me anything that I did not need and sold me only something that would help me progress in life. A someone showed up to retrieve the phone that I did not know this person was doing this. It did not make him feel uncomfortable and asked him to inform me the whereabouts of the phone so that way I may retrieve it. I went there they already recognized me not that I spent a lot of time talking to anybody that gave me my phone good night's were exchanged and I left happy. Visit and enjoy your own experience purchasing life-changing equipment and neighbor like service.

Went to home depot in bay city with my kids to purchase flowers and supplies to plant our gardens. We spend at least 1k a yr on garden...typically I shop at Menards but this time I decided to try home depot for convenience. Much closer to my home. Well I WAS NOT IMPRESSED to say the least. I spent 30 minutes in the store filled with associates standing around chit chatting. Not even a HELLO let alone how may I help you? On my way in I did have a middle aged woman speak RUDELY to me though. She paused her chatting and Shouted to my child he couldn't ride in cart....WTF are u kidding me? That's funny NEVER been told that in my life. Okay and since the company would rather children be running around getting into product, you can put it on the cart. Not have someone shout it as my Welcome in the middle of the road mind u a car was coming and my son was frightened. My Advice train your team on proper etiquette and professional communication techniques. I too am a multi unit retail manager and this behavior and poor service experience would not be Tolerated! Potential customers I highly suggest keeping your money with locally owned businesses. I end driving much further to Keits greenhouse. Phenomenal service and much better selection. The associates treat my children and I like royalty. OH and BTW the children were able to ride in cart no problem. You lost alot of business....
