Eudici's Pizza — Restaurant in Bay City

The reason is, the review I made was almost 5 Years ago, I went with a 3 ⭐ because I feel like a one star should be saved for the worst of the worst, I'm not the type of person to order or go somewhere and instantly give a 1 ⭐ overall rating because I did not get my food cooked right or an employee or an establishment was having a bad day we all have bad days it happens, that's not fair to the business when something could possibly be fixed, I gave your store a second and even third try and more then likely I will order from your restaurant again, you have a business in a town that I now live in and I support all the little guys! Staff needs training on work ethic, customer service and menu knowledge. It’s a pizza place not Old Chicago with over 100 beers on tab.

Maybe it’s only their Freeland store that offers the “hot n ready” pies (medium 1 topping) but, I got a feeling you don’t offer a product at one place without offering it at another.

I walk in and ask the girl if they have one of their hot n readys available. I asked it the exact way I walk into Freeland’s store every time.

Instead of informing me of different store policy or anything of the sort. She chuckles and said “only Little Ceasars or Dominos does that and sarcastically we are obviously not them.”

Being the mature one in that situation I reminded her that the Freeland one does
