I will never book a "Party To Go" here again. At first I booked for a birthday party there but when finding out that all parents would have to drop their kid off or I would be charged a ridiculous sitting fee for each person sitting. I decided renting a hall was best. So we switched to a "Party To Go". While going that the manager lost my paperwork and couldn't remember that I paid a deposit. We then had to start all over... When picking up the "Party To Go" order (it was nicely packed) they failed to explain any details of how this process works and there were no directions. I then asked my questions to the employees (very young girls) working who were very honest and explain they weren't sure how it worked and wasn't made aware. I specifically asked how we are suppose to put names on the pottery pieces without the black pencil they use there. I was told to paint the names on the bottom. My question is... How in the heck are 3-12 year olds going to paint there names on the bottom? Once they see the bottom is printable, what are you supposed to do if they paint the bottom completely? They could not answer that. I was then told to write over it with a washable marker (blue). Again how are they going to see that over paint. So I asked if we could use a toothpick and they agreed that was a great idea. I also asked how the pottery piece were suppose to get back to the painter. They could not answer that. Now, if anyone has planned a birthday party and invited the class, kids on the bus, maybe even random people that have became friends... You don't know everyone! Their response was to send it to the classroom... 🤦♀️ After the back and forth including calling the manager that said we couldn't have a black pencil because they break easy and are expensive, I left to figure out the party myself. Mind you, you cannot find this black pencil at any stores and there was no time to order one since the party was the next day. So after thinking about what to do, I decided best bet was to put the painters name and number on a ziplock bag. I thought that worked out great! However, upon returning the "Party To Go", I was then told that they will not call the painters for them to pick up because not all of the bags had a last name!! At this point I am pissed to say the least. It was too much of a hassle for them to call when the pottery was ready to obtain the select few that didn't have last names... So again, after the back and fourth, I ended up taking pictures of all the bags so I had all the number so figure this disaster out! Despite the major inconveniences and miscommunication, nothing further was offered for their downfall. So if you attended a birthday party on 3/15/2025 and don't recieve your pottery pieces,...

Read moreThis is a fun place for parties and individual gift ideas. Went here to buy a gift that the kids could make. They had fun looking at all the items and picking out something. The employees were nice and friendly and the store was clean and provided many options of things to paint. There is a good selection of colors to choose from and they have them posted on the front of the counter for you to see. They gave us small bottles of paint to take home and use to finish thier paintings. Which you can bring back the finished product and have them heat it up and put the finishing clear coat on. All in all it was a fun stop for us and a great...
