McDonald's — Restaurant in Bay City

Young girl on headset with arm tattoos was rude as can be both times I came through this morning, then purposely made my coffee wrong in the system and it was DISGUSTING when I got it. I do not know what she did to it but its just a waste of money at this point, I poured it out. I knew she was going to mess with my drink because of how mouthy she was all because I simply asked for extra cream. I guess that was the end of the world for her, her final straw if you will. As a former employee of Wilder McDonalds’ this is why you do NOT let the young employees work mornings. They always have an attitude, I guarantee you if it was Linda or Amethyst taking my order asking for extra cream would not have caused them to act as if I pee’d in their cereal. I don’t know what this girls problem was, but she shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers this way without consequences. Chris wouldn’t allow it, Aaron wouldn’t allow it, Amethyst wouldn’t allow it, so who is it that was running the floor this morning allowing this young woman to ruin everyone else’s morning just because she cant control her emotions at a fast food job? It wasn’t just me she was rude to either it was everyone on the speaker’s order I could overhear, people having to go back into the building immediately after driving away.. I get it people have bad days but at the VERY LEAST take her off headset, off mornings, something is wrong here 100% no other morning worker has ever behaved that way while I was working there OR as a customer. Disgusting behavior, I was going to ask for her name but sure enough then she made someone else hand my drink out because she KNEW she messed with it. Worst mcdonalds visit EVER, when asked if we could add something to our order the window attendee had to go get the Manager for approval. When Manager Shelly came to the window she 1st was so rude never said hello or ask us if she could help in anyway. She open the window screams "NO breakfast ends at 10:30am, the time was 10:28am. And then slammed the window and walked away." After Shelly the Manager walked away, I asked the girl working if that was her Manager, she replied with "yes". I then stated wow she us very rude. The girl then replied with yes, sorry. The window attendee was very intimidated by this Manager. You could just tell she was uncomfortable. She made me as a customer feel uncomfortable. I then went up to the next window and asked if she was the only Manager working, that worker went and told a different manager to come to the window. I made a complaint to that Manager. She asked me to call and make a formal complaint with her boss, as she has gotten many complaints and nothing has been done. This Manager Shelly is clearly not fit for the role as she is intimidating employees and rude to customers. I would avoid wilder rd mcdonalds until they get rid of someone that treats employees this way. The workforce is hard I understand but by no means should anyone be treated this way. Today I was treated horribly an my first review had got taken down but I am back again because I must be heard I went thru the drive thru it was only 2 people in line I was the first 1 I was the only black person in line it's only took 2-3 mins if that to order my food I already knew what I wanted an then I proceed to pay for my food which again only took 2-3 mins if that so between that time of me paying for my food an goin to the second window they tell me they didnt have a receipt for me what I ordered wasn't in the system an the cashier didn't remember taking my money which I was the only black person in line an they were not busy at all when I was there so I didn't receive my money back an I hadn't got my food me either so I had to got work without food because I was already running behind waiting to resolve the issue I will never eat there again because that is ridiculous an for the worker to not acknowledge that they took my money when it had only been a couple mins is insane it anit about the money or the food it's the principal then I go In I tell them look at the camera they say they can't because manager not there then said something about a scam I'm not going to scam anybody I pay for whatever I want so then then manager calls me back saying I can get my food I DONT WANT IT I just want my money back an I will never set a foot on there...
