Centertown Market — Restaurant in Bay Lake

We tried a fair amount of food from here on out trip this Mothers Day 2025. The Fish Tacos and the Hot Cuban Sandwich with the side of Cuban fries were our favorites! The fish tacos had fantastic flavor, the fish tastes fresh and so did the slaw and crema on top! The Cuban fries were delicious with the mustard Swiss cheese sauce and the bits of pickles and ham! Another good highlight was the meat platter they had! It has sausage, chicken and ribs with a mango coleslaw and seasonal veggies with a roll and fried yuca. The fried yuca was old and the ribs were so cheap HOWEVER the chicken was amazing! It was a lemon marinated chicken and the flavor was amazing…I couldn’t get enough. And the sausage was so flavorful with a nice slight spice. The mango coleslaw wasn’t overpowering with sweetness from the mango and the veggies were so fresh and tasty. However the rest was really on and off. They had a great fresh deli sandwich with turkey and Gouda cheese with bbq mayo and fresh veggie slaw but the second time I got it, the cheese had gotten hard from them pre making the sandwiches in the morning and them just sitting out. The mango bbq pulled pork sandwich was just like a regular cheap pulled pork sandwich you can get anywhere…no mango flavor what so ever and the coleslaw tasted like regular coleslaw. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast was okay, it was only $6.99 so it was worth the price! We shared it and it was enough until lunch after we checked out. The chicken tenders are also normally great on property and we found these to be weirdly stringy and just seemed like they weren’t the same. Not sure if maybe Disney is changing to someone different for their chicken tenders or if it’s just this resort but meh, the ones at like Cosmic Rays for example are always the...

Came here for a quick bite to eat in the middle of a fun-filled day of resort hopping around WDW property. We wanted to see the remaining gingerbread houses and eat some good resort food along the way. Coming here wasn't in the original plan, but once we saw the advertisement for this burger, we had to stop for it.

The Swashbuckler Burger (Grilled Signature-blend Burger topped with Toasted Coconut-Curry Aïoli, Lime-Jalapeño Jam, Fried Tostones, and Arugula on a Toasted Brioche Bun served with French Fries). Upgraded to Cuban Fries, by the way (Seasoned French Fries topped with Mustard and Swiss Cheese Sauce, Ham, and Pickles).

Surprisingly good! Loved the curry aioli, loved the jalapeno jam, amazing texture from the tostones, and the arugula added a nice bitter bite. It was a very well designed burger, decently executed. Honestly, I would love it if a burger joint could get its hands on this recipe and really take it to the next level.

As for the fries, I recommend getting this upgrade. So ooey and gooey, salty ham, pickly pickles. It just hits so good. As the kids say, these are lit.

We had a few meals here because we were staying at the Riviera Resort, and it's a short walk for some different dining options. We came here for dinner and for breakfast. Every visit, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. For dinner, I ordered the chicken strips, and it said that it was served with a choice of a side. At a lot of the quick service restaurants, usually the side is french fries. At this location, I was able to choose macaroni and cheese as my side. We also got a drink called Bubbles of the Sea, which has green tea, lemon, pineapple, and guava with boba pearls and Shimmer. The dinner was great- the drink machines here have Freestyle so there are a lot of options for drinks, and there are plenty of condiments available. The macaroni and cheese was not my favorite, it was pretty bland, so I added some salt and pepper. The chicken strips were pretty basic and went well with ranch. We also came here for breakfast and I ordered the ham and cheese omelet, which came with breakfast potatoes. I really enjoyed the meal! The ham and cheese are consistent and plentiful, and the breakfast potatoes were crispy and delightful. I definitely recommend this place for any...
