Spyglass Grill — Restaurant in Bay Lake

We stayed right beside this restaurant so it would make sense to use it. Well... We used it once and never again. The women at the counter was so overly confused and had no idea what she was doing. I ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals at breakfast. One child wanted a hot chocolate and I was refused a hot drink cup even tho on the app I can order a hot drink at breakfast with a kids meal. Not a big deal it just cost me more. My meal was ready so went back to my room only to find one kids yogurt meal When I went back down I was told they have no yogurt so she only put one in.... Another lady was complaining that her yogurt did not have the strawberry on top as she ordered in the app and asked for any other fruit. Someone from the back came up and was very rude to her. She was not allowed another fruit and had to take it. I again went back up and said do you have the yogurt I don't care about the strawberries and eventually after 3 people got involved I got my kids yogurt. I would always always use the main restaurant if you want your order and no attitude. This restaurant would be very convenient if it was...

We loved this little restaurant! We stayed in the Jamaica part of the resort (building 46, about 5min walk) and sometimes had breakfast here. We preferred this location compared to the much busier Centertown Market (main restaurant). This little place was very laid back and quiet. They also offer some more exotic dishes compared to the main restaurant. Not much seating here, but it's not usually busy. It's outdoor seating only, but there are enough fans and it was nice to have breakfast outdoor.

It was my mom's birthday and she wore a birthday badge. Even though we ordered through mobile order, the amazing staff still noticed it was her bday and gave us an free brownie with our order! We also got a pirate bandana each and a pouch with gold pirate coins, we loved it! Disney sure knows how to create lasting memories for their guests :) We'll visit WDW again next year and while we won't stay at Caribbean Beach then (going for a cheaper hotel, but CBR was amazing!), we'll visit this place again because we have so many...

Wanted some breakfast so we ordered out at at this quick service restaurant. It is centrally located in the Trinidad section of the Disney Carribean Beach Resort. Which was convenient because our room was in that section. For more convenience, I placed a mobile order and then walked over to pick it up. I went with the Breakfast Yuca Hash and it was good, not great, but good. It was made up of Roasted Yuca with Chorizo Redeye Gravy and a Sunny-Side Up Egg topped with Pico de Gallo, Cotjia Cheese and a Lime. Reading that menu description I expected a flavor explosion, but alas, not so much. The roasted yuca was nice and crispy, but the chorizo did not have the flavor of a true chorizo. As with anything else that comes in a bowl filled with a lot of ingredients, mixing well before eating is key. The dish was still tasty, albeit a subdued flavor profile. We also ordered scrambled eggs and that was OK. This restaurant doesn't have a big menu, but it does have a lot of different Carribean...
