If I could rate this half a star, I would. The sign outside clearly says that they serve SOFT SERVE. Not cheap, watered down, frozen yoghurt. It does not taste or feel like soft serve, rather a very diluted flavor and watery feel. It is not even soft, so what's the point of advertising it as Soft serve?
