Good (4/5): we ordered two hot dogs and the nachos. We loved the shredded pork nachos as they tasted like an African spice nacho. The hot dogs were footlong hotdogs and we ordered them plain. The bartender was so helpful and offered us free non-alcoholic Pina Colada because he made too much by accident. It was delicious!!! Service (5/5) the staff were nice, helpful and kind. Victor was our staff and he was terrific! Granted we went on 12/20 at 630pm and there were barely any customers at the pool. Atmosphere (4/5): very nice area near the swimming pool. Bar seats and pool seating.

Cute pool bar… but pricey. I had the short rib grilled cheese- which sounded better than it tasted. The cheese wasn’t melted and the flavor wasn’t what I expected. The soft pretzel was over baked and more hard than soft. They have a self serve soda/water refill with complimentary cups for water, so that was helpful. After this experience, we chose to use the other pool at the resort, which is closer to The Mara (quick service) for better quality/tasting food with much more variety.

Pool size was great, Pool slide nice! one for the little ones and another for the bigger kids! But I had the worst experience at maji bar with Cecilia. Worst person I have ever encountered at any Disney resort, I always stay at Disney resorts and I’m really sad to say that this bar attendant really left a bad taste in my mouth. She made me and my entire family feel like foreigners, asking some of my family members for their IDs and passports when ordering drinks and even reminding us what the suggested tip should me. Super uncomfortable feeling. To make things She didn’t sell me drinks bc my Florida ID was semi bent considering I came to celebrate my birthday and enjoy my time with my family I really felt discriminated against. I gave 3 stars because of everyone else’s attention the life guards and pool attendants were great but Cecilia, she’s the worst human being at animal...

Horrible customer service, no one should be treated like that. We went to the bar to eat lunch. It wasn't busy and one girl walked by us and didn't acknowledge us. Then I had to ask her how she's don't before she even talked to us. Then the other lady asked us if we were eating which we were. She then asked again if we are eating which we said yes ( we knew what we wanted before we even got there) and she said she will put the order in and I was trying to order and she leaves right after saying that And takes a different order. So disrespectful. We just got up and left because of how bad the service was....
