First time we went, the worker at the counter was very sweet. Talked with us and was generally pleasant.

Our second visit today (7/7/25), was miserable. The cashier behind the counter (different person than our first visit, receipt from today says Silkia), saw us standing at the counter for probably 15 mins and said nothing. They were getting balloons for another party but didn't even acknowledge us in the slightest. After the wait, they finally came over to us and my girlfriend asked about the very visible pokemon cards behind the counter. They flat out lied to our face and said "we don't have pokemon cards" and went to turn around. My girlfriend pressed her and said "those boxes on the shelf right there". The worker didn't acknowledge that they lied, and simply asked "how many do you want?". Thought we were in an episode of the twilight zone. Extremely unprofessional. Never been in one of these stores before and was told it was like 5 Below. Store was very clean and organized. BEWARE OF THEIR SALES!!!! This is where they fell short. Currently they have buy 1 and get 50% off the second on all their christmas stuff. We bought 2 sets of lights at $7.00 each and 6 ornaments at $1.00 each. Our total discount was $2.00! We should have saved $5.00. The half off is the lower priced item, if you buy multiples of the same items and other items. No where does it say the lower priced item is 1/2 off. The sales associate was nice and corrected it, but the sign should have been clearer. I could understand if an item was $20 and the other was $10 or $15, but 50% off a $1.00 item is a little absurd when you have multiple items. Just watch what you buy when its on sale and check...

First time ever coming to this store, which has nice items and that wasn’t the problem. But I experienced the rudest worker I have ever met. On the receipt the cashier states “Anesa” but I’m not sure if it was actually her or a different lady checking us out. A older lady with grey hair came over and told us the store was closing at 8 which I wasn’t aware but said okay, which was fine. Then we went over to the checkout and she rudely checked us out, with the biggest frown on her face. My mom asked her a normal question about the store hours and the lady said “can you wait I’m counting”.. she didn’t answer the question then my mom asked again and she walked away from us.
