I recently (all frequently) stayed at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding bar staff. Kristen Burch, Alesha Alvarado, and Frank truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of magical.

Kristen Burch's friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the drink menu and recommendations were spot on, enhancing my experience with delightful cocktails tailored to my preferences.

Alesha Alvarado’s warm personality and quick service were commendable. She always had a smile on her face and was eager to make my experience enjoyable. Her expertise in mixology was evident, and she crafted some of the best drinks I've ever had.

Frank’s professionalism and charisma added an extra layer of enjoyment to my evenings at the bar. His ability to engage with guests while maintaining high-quality service was impressive. Frank’s creative flair in cocktail-making left me eagerly anticipating my next visit.

Jessie the manager was fantastic. I had a terrible service issue at Kimonos (Kevin Bartender). Was ignored for 15 minutes and then had a menu thrown down with an eye roll. I get that it’s a long day. I’m a restaurant owner. But I was beside myself. Jessie took the time to hear what I had to say and was so kind. He said he’s only been there for a couple of months but obviously cares about his job and guess service.
