Seeing that this location was open til 10, and calling to verify that, I didn't think that showing up at 9:39pm was such a hassle for the 2 guys who closed last night. I pulled up and they locked the doors before I got out of my car, but people were still inside. One guy just looked at me and then opened the door asking what I wanted to order, and wasn't sure if they had what was needed for a #13. The other guy behind the counter had a dumbfounded look on his face and saying "its hot bruh, you want a hot sub?" Considering that these 2 were trying to close up before this locations advertised closing time is awful and pathetic. The one behind the counter complaining was told to stand by the door as it was locked again since he was clearly annoyed with me showing up to buy a sandwich during business hours. By far the worst Jersey Mike's experience I've ever had... very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and service. And moving the tip jar after I pay with a card is not going to entice me to think about tipping those 2 for not wanting to fulfill their jobs for another 20 minutes. Maybe if they really wanted to close up early they shouldn't have left the OPEN sign on in the window, but still lock the doors and stand guard blocking...
Read moreI visited this establishment after working a long 12 hour shift in the hospital. I wanted to grab a bite to eat not a whole meal just enough to satisfy my appetite. On occasions where I’m not really hungry I’ll just get the kids meal because it’s a good value for the price and it’s pretty filling. I was greeted upon entrance, the workers were polite but once I said I wanted the kids meal his whole demeanor changed as if I was trying to get over on the system. Not to be arrogant but I’m a working professsional I could afford the whole menu if need be. I wasn’t hungry enough to eat a whole regular size sub so I ordered the kids meal turkey and cheese. I watch the worker cut the half loaf into 2 instead of using the mini size bread that I have seen done at other establishments. I questioned why not give the mini size bread he stated that they don’t that anymore. Like I said I found this odd because the other Jersey Mikes do it. This is the second time I had an issue with this establishment I will not patron here again. The first problem I had was an Uber eats order now this. Jersey Mike you lost a...
Read moreI gave 1 star because of not changing gloves, same knife and a board to cut every sandwich. I don't eat bacon or other kinds of meat except for fish, only tuna or vegetarian sandwiches I can go with. I had a coupon for a free sub, so I came with a friend to get a sub. While watching how the sub is being prepared I decided that I will NOT eat it. I gave it to a friend. Workers are wearing same gloves to cut bread, to cut all meats, taking veggies and once they take vegetebles with those gloves , the throw extra pieces back to where they keep veggies. They use same knife and board to cut the sub where they just cut meat subs. One of them girls there had such a long nails, and they cut the gloves she had on... Most of people might not care about this, but I and other people do. So decided that day I will NEVER go to Jersey mike's again, Subway only, where workers change their gloves each time they prepare a sub. Speaking of workers they were friendly. P.s. this review was from about 3 years ago (whenever this place just opened), I just correctedq mistskes...
