Burger King — Restaurant in Baytown

This Burger King has got to be one of the worst places I've ever experienced in a late night dinner experience. One Google maps says this place is open so I drive all the way from where we're at and go out of the way from where we're going just to get to this place to see that it's not open to the public it's open to online orders and uber. Maybe people should not say that it's online orders and Uber if you can't go on the app which is online and order and still get food. They literally tell people on Google they're open because they are open to catering services only. Then when you go through then they tell you that and you're sitting here thinking you can order on the app nobody tells you that you can't order on the app. On top of that the professionalism of the diner employees was incredibly wicked and horrible it's okay if you don't want to honor what you say you do on Google as in like when you're open to the public you know like telling people you're open...

I made a big mistake today instead of getting the chicken nuggets for my granddaughter I got her chicken nuggets and myself a hamburger I specifically asked if they would mind making me a fresh one not just one of the patties that are sitting back in the warmer they told me they would two minutes later Burger came out completely ready opened it up and of course you could tell it it already been pre-made I know my bad coming to Burger King to get a good hamburger but the people are always friendly and my granddaughter loves the playground and the chicken nuggets so I guess we'll keep coming back just will never eat here myself that's why we love Five Guys and Whataburger but the reason for the five star rating is my granddaughter loves her place the people are really nice I just didn't appreciate being lied to I guess the manager realized I was upset because she came out correct it made me a new burger so kudos to Burger King for fixing the problem Baytown...

Tl;dr: Make sure your order is correct and has everything that you bought. A few of the workers here are rude af and they are known to mess up orders at this location. They also take forever to make your order even when it's not busy. This applies to drive thru, dine in, and carry out. If I don't have to come here for some reason I won't.

Drive thru employees were rude(the one at the second window was a manager too) and didn't even take the time to fully listen to my mother's order, then proceeded to give attitude while getting our order. After that, they tried to give us the wrong order (with stale nuggets and was obviously another person's returned order) without our sprite. When asked for our receipt she gave it to them and the lady read it and shoved it back at my mom telling us to pull forward. They finally got things right after about the 4th time of them going...
