Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Baytown

This is one of the worst place I have ever ate at I have personally worked at a cicis when I was younger and never has the cicis I worked for looked like this. This place is nasty,dirty,messy and the manager Ricardo didn’t care about his store at all. I asked for a personal pizza one was under cooked and the second one was horrendous the few toppings fell off the bread when I tried to pick it up basically meaning they put to much sauce and again under cook. All the pizzas on the buffet were hard and old, the spoons dirty and the coke machine doesn’t work and the sweet tea had nothing most of the tables were full of plates which I don’t understand why if I know for a fact they have someone washing dishes in the back a cook a csr and a manager which by the way shouldn’t be one.He had no qualifications to be one he was rude and had no customer service!!! All the sauce bottles were dirty and the buffet line also dirty if I could give this place no stars I would. If the manager would of had good customer service this place would be better oh and by the way they all stand around and were using their phone in front of customers and then touching the pizzas and cutting equipment. Over all if you want better service and a clean place to eat I recommend you don’t stop here anywhere but here. You would think that as a paying customer they wouldn’t treat you bad Ricardo the so called manager also gave me attitude when I ask my second pizza to be remade bc of how ugly and sloppy it looked and said “mam it’s a personal pizza” and turned and told his cook to make sure to make this pizza beautiful bc she’s picky” how rude was that right in my face then started saying some other stuff under his breath worst 17 dollars I ever spend!!! We came at lunch time when the food was fresh and hot. They were steady pulling food out the oven. We were the only customers here so that was cool because there was no wait. The employees were friendly and nice as well. The restaurant was clean. The games only accept cards, not cash but I prefer that. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms stink as if it's sewage or something.

Update since my daughter's now playing the arcade... the card machine in which gives put new cards on order to play the games was out and had zero in it....we told the guy at the counter and he searched for us a card and found us one to use so thankful for that. Then the ticket machine in which give you tickets you win for prices, had a coin jammed in it so wouldn't dispense any tickets.... she told the man and he's now over there trying to fix it... so again, great employee! I would complain about something like this but this employee is working hard to fix the issues. Oh and also, the girls bathroom was out of toilet paper... when I was in the middle of using the restroom....buuuuuttt thankfully my daughter was with me so I had her get a woman employee to bring me a roll of toilet...

So I don't normally write reviews, but this is an exception. When we first walked in, we immediately noticed the pizza was all old. My wife asked a crew member if they would be making fresh pizza. The crew member popped back, "It is fresh." We figured if we asked for something not on the buffet, they would make something fresh, but they advised they don't take requests for specialties here. While eating our stale pizza since we had paid, we were treated to the blaring sounds of lady gaga. Apparently a member of the staff had their phone hooked up and cranked that thing up to 11. I'm not a fan, and occasuonally a text message would provide a solitary second of solace. I'm sorry, while writing this, we are now getting to hear Beyonce's "video phone" for a second time in a row. Back to the food... The buffet was empty for about 10 minutes, to the point where when a fresh pizza would be brought out, it was fought for by a large crowd of people and was gone within seconds.
