I will preface by saying I rarely complain, especially when it comes to food service, and I do not have time to be doing this but I am so upset I will make time.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not come here, just go to trusty Whataburger. My family and I waited almost two hours from the time we got in line to the time we asked for a refund (which we did not get). I was asked three times what I had ordered as there seemed to be no communication amongst the employees. I finally gave my receipt to one of the workers (to make things easier on them) and was asked to park in the front to further wait for my food. While waiting for my food I would notice some of the workers just standing around, talking and eating food (it would seem they have food for themselves but not the customers). No one came out to tell me what was going on or why my food was taking so long. After 30 more minutes of waiting I finally got off and asked about my food and I was told they had no clue what I had ordered. There were no orders placed and no one could find my receipt. When I asked for a refund, apparently there was no manager on duty to do that either. I spoke to the manager on the phone to tell her about the situation, she seemed dismissive and only provided excuses.
Update-
Went back the next day to get my refund. Manager I spoke to on the phone was working but did not come out to speak to me about the situation. While I was waiting other customers were complaining about already being there over an hour. Another customer stated that the manager was present in the store, but had not bothered to come out and see what was going on with orders. So it seems they are disorganized at all times even with two managers present.

Read moreHave been going to this Jack in the Box location for at least 20 years. The food and the experience pretty much depend on the time of day and the crew on duty.
Because of its physical location and it's awkward layout, this is a very difficult Jack in the Box for any crew.
Have been trying for years to get through to the owners and to Jack In The Box corporate to offer some suggestions on what really needs to be done for the layout at this location.
With some changes to the layout, it could be turned into a flagship location and much easier for any crew to run.
I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments.
Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board.
Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover.
It is critical to have really good managers on site.
If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance.
Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast...
Read more1 star is too much credit for this bunch. We went to the drive through at 0200, and set for ~10 minutes hearing a faint beeping noise, which we assumed was the audible alarm letting the drive through attendant know someone was at the drive through. We spoke into the receiver to no response. We decided to drive to the window thinking their ordering contraption wasn’t working. The lady at the window informed us that her manager won’t let them take orders from the window and we needed to go through the drive through. When we informed her we did and nobody responded she basically said she couldn’t. We asked to speak to the manager. She informed me that she was the manager and we needed to go through the drive through. So, we backed up to place our ourder and they refused to serve us… needless to say, that’s a lot to digest. Common sense isn’t common. Nor is it reinforced at this...
