Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Baytown

I stopped by early this morning to order gallons of coffee. I asked the staff who tried to help me at the counter about it and he seemed to either not know what type of products and services they offer as somebody working there or is having seconds thoughts taking my order (not wanting to do it). He then asked another co worker if they are selling such and when I asked the other staff about the gallon of coffee, he said they do not sell such and if i am talking about the gallon box displayed at the front ( which is how it is typically served) i was told that the box is a mere display and they do not sell such. Such a disappointing visit! The fact that you display such is also already a false advertisement of products this brand offers. I may go here for smaller orders or maybe not anymore at all. Thank God Starbucks is nearby that saved me for this and for donuts, I'd support the local donut shop nearby for sure more consistently from now on. On top of that, as I was leaving i kinda heard another staff asking about my order and kinda laughed. That was quite insulting or I was just overthinking it. I hope I was. This is the closest Shipley’s to me however every time my son and I come it’s always something going on. The staff seems unhappy as if they’re just there going through the motions (slow motion!) We always order Kolache‘s… one visit they charged for bold kolache’s and I ordered regular sized. They apologized but couldn’t give me a valid reason why they tried charging me more than what i should’ve. We went there yesterday the drive thru had a long line so I decided to go in, there was one lady a head of me.(a total of two customers) No one greeted me and it took about 10mins just get our kolaches. Suggestion: have more people on the register. Any who…over all this place was better when the tall white guy was there when they first opened everything was on point.

The other Shipley’s down Garth by the hospital is a good example of how this location should be, and they don’t even have a drive thru. Please get it together with such a prime location customer service & check out time...

Customer service there are horrible in the Drive-Thru. I never have been inside I always go through the drive-thru this has been several times now and I would not go back to that particular Shipley's again. It seems like every time I go the customer service is rude they don't never have fresh hot donuts and never have any napkins and if they do you always have to ask for them instead of them just putting it in your bag. Today's service was the worst the donuts was not fresh so my daughter asked for them to warm them up The Kolache was also not hot either. We asked to warm the donuts up they took a long time to come back to the window and when they did they still was not warm. She had an attitude because I asked her to warm them up.
