The coffee was good and the employee was nice, but it was so packed that I couldn't get out of my spot, and the line had huge gaps, and I feel like they need someone outside managing the double line that wasn't moving out around the building because the line people wouldn't let me back out and it took me more than 15 - 20 minutes to do so. I decided to go in vs sitting in a line that wasn't moving.

Staff was rushing around, I have noticed whether I go in, or use drive through that the people who give you the food/order Do not check the order before handing to you and they're gone after I have checked it, and end up waiting for someone else to come back to fix the order. Today asked for my sugar to be on the side and then I was given a full bag of bunch of cream, didn't ask for way more sugar than I asked for, = McDonald's is losing money in the end.
Usually my food gets cold while I get my order corrected. My local McDonald's knows me and my preference i.e, no salt well done aka crunchy fries, or get my burger condiments on side now so I can eat it vs it sliding off for giving me extra everything vs 1 item on the burger I ask. Either way I miss them looking at the order before handing it to you. I've had to heat up my food at home because I was forgotten when they pull me up to get my item's fixed. Rather it's making a new burger, or the side items that were on the receipt, not being in the bag .I am going to contact corporate and see if they have changed the policy, because it was happening before Covid-19 issue. 🤷🏻♀️☕
Today was plain coffee and sugar on side, easy i felt as I have not ordered before, but honestly I am hesitant to order it and they use the wrong type of sugar, in fear of getting sweet and low vs splenda. Taste very different, night and day different impo. I was given all the types (I think) of sugar even though I said splenda to a different employee and I gave back most of the cream because the 2nd bag was full, I didn't need it and didn't realize I had all types they use. Happens occurs whether they're busy or I am the only customer. I miss the way they did it before, better....
Read moreWe pulled up to the box and was told to wait a moment then watched three vehicles go through the other lane. I had a simple order of three drinks and three breakfast items. The female working the boxes couldn’t understand my non accent speaking. She kept repeating the order wrong back to me. Then told me to just pull forward. Once I got to the 1st window, she had only one meal not three. I then told her again. 3 caramel frappes, 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and 2 hash browns. I finally paid for my order. Went to the 2nd window where we received our food only after we waited 10 minutes and was told to go to the 3rd window for our drinks. After sitting there for 15 minutes they bring 3 mocha frappes and the wrong size, I showed them the receipt and she got upset that I wouldn’t accept them. Then we sat there for another 8 minutes and a woman comes to the window and tells me to drive around the building. I denied her request and told her I was going to sit there until I received my drinks. Another 10 minutes go by and they bring me our drinks. I personally heard a rep kindly advise Cynthia the GM about issues before the findings go public. She was rude and inconsistent with what each of her team states differently. There are different degrees and types of proof. For example a team member literally stated that an older homeless man brings his bags of daily bowel movements and flushes the contents into the men's toilets. He is off Caucasian persuasion. But daily an African American senior handy man comes at least twice a day to eat but can't get ice when the machines are out. Or certain Latino elders can come in and assemble without a 35 minute time limit. Other team members have photos of certain regulars eating food from other restaurants like KFC chicken box with logo shown. Some team members say that the restrooms have small cans for waste but no bags or liners and there are more report findings with proof that will be released that are a direct violation of McDonald's the license owner or trademark owner of the McDonald's brand.
