McDonald's — Restaurant in Baytown

Walked in today, Manager was in the dining room conducting an interview. I started to use the kiosk, but decided against it since I need special order. I walked to the counter and a female manager just looked at me and continued working the drive-thru, after a couple of minutes with no acknowledgement I asked the guy doing the interviews, do they not take orders? He stood up and asked someone to take my order, I specifically asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, gladly paid for the extra. I’ve been here before and know from experience, that nothing here is free except terrible service. I waited for my order and when it was ready the female manager plopped 3 bbq sauces down, I corrected her and said it should be sweet n sour. She asked the girl in Spanish if I paid for extra sauce I started to show her my receipt. She gave me the correct sauce then. I personally witnessed the next customer walk in and wait 3 to 4 minutes for acknowledgement he asked the same female manager if she can take his order she motioned towards the kiosk and kept doing her task at the drive-thru area. He finally said can you not take my order? She grudgingly did. She never smiled one time the whole time I was there eating. This business used to be very busy. The owners are losing money keeping staff around like this. This place needs to get a professional store manager. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s only getting worse. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s ever! Visited the drive thru Saturday morning around 9 and ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese.. what I always usually get. Got a sausage biscuit with egg instead.. had to turn around to have them correct my order. When I pulled up to the drive thru for the second time and told them what I wanted the woman who was working brought me back a sausage biscuit with egg THREE TIMES TOTAL!! She kept asking me to check it in front of her saying “I think there’s still egg on it” WTF?! I checked my biscuit three times in front of her and it was wrong each time. She even had the nerve to say “you need to be more specific” ??? I don’t understand what’ could be more specific than a SAUSAGE BISCUIT WITH CHEESE! When they finally brought my biscuit to me it was disgusting! They literally put it in the microwave. I took photos of it and will be uploading them. I threw it in the garbage. I called a manger to make a complaint and they said “sorry we will take care of that” he literally did not care that his employee mocked me in the drive thru. Didn’t take my name down or anything. I will be contacting corporate and I will not be returning. Don’t go to this location, drive a few minutes down the road and go the other McDonald’s. Much better service. I’m usually patient and nice about these things because I know what it feels like to work fast food but I’ve never seen a more idiotic group of people in my life. It’s like everyone there...

I have ordered delivery from these people. It's the McDonald's on 700 Garth and every time it's been good yesterday my fries it was like they just stuck it in the grease and poured it right back out. They were not done. My burger was just like thrown together and the sauce kind of tasted spoiled, I mean, everything's expensive these days I don't care it's just a burger nothing from McDonald's on it that's a little messed up in my opinion I just tried to call him and talk to them and they're like oh you don't have your ticket number no I'm not worried about my ticket number Yeah I should have the information over just yesterday and I can't even tell you what I ordered. I ordered two number ones and the fries were raw. They were probably in the grease for probably two seconds if even that the drinks for water down and the burgers were slightly put together and it was a delivery . So I will definitely be making sure I won't order from the 7000 Garth McDonald's again because they send you raw french fries in and when you call and tell them about it they want to complain to you because you don't have your ticket number. I ain't worried about my ticket number. I'm worried about that I eat I thought raw french fries that's disgusting, everybody loves McDonald's french fries and you're gonna...
