Don't go here. If you like poor customer service, then this place is for you. First, the curbside pick-up did not work because of a malfunction in their app. My husband had to go into the store to get the order. When we got home, we realized that the store forgot to give us an item (onion & chive cream cheese tub). My husband called the store and told them of the error. He was given two options by the assistant store manager which was to come back to the store for the item or come back to the store and swipe his card for a refund without receiving the item. He was told that an in-store credit for a future order was not an option nor was a refund through the app an option. With these limited options, really the only thing that could be done was to come back to the store or forget it altogether. He told them that we were too far out at this point and coming back to the store would be an additional expense on our end especially since it was their error in getting the order wrong. He offered to come back to the store to get the cream cheese tub but asked also to get comped for the cream cheese tub since we were using our gas and time to come back (Let's face it, gas isn't cheap right now). At this point, the assistant store manager (and I kid you not) said "Well, I just think that'd be doing too much." How is it our fault that Bruegger's Bagels got the order wrong AND did not have literally any other option except to physically come back to the store? The customer service here is really lacking!!! We will not be visiting this store again and want to let everyone else know to proceed with extreme caution. If they get your order correct, then great! If they do not get your order correct, then be ready to waste your gas and be met with some real bad attitudes. You have...

I told them that I was too far out as I was heading to my appointment. I pulled over and called the customer service number and it referred me to email. I called back and told the assistant manager that I would come back to the store only if I got the cream cheese tub and a refund as compensation for driving all the way back to the store from where I was at (gas is high now). The assistant store manager agreed and I headed back to the store. Once I got to the store, the assistant manager claimed she didn't say that and I asked to speak to the manager. but, I am writing my review to support the stellar staff. While I was waiting for my bagel, a man came in and ordered a smoked salmon Bagel, one of the staffers walked up to help him. He was obnoxious and belligerent, and attacked the staffer for wearing a mask, and claimed he couldn't hear her. She was perfectly audible. He kept attacking her for wearing a mask, and told her to take it off. She refused, and continue to offer him service, even though he was so obnoxious. I spoke up and supported the staffer, but the guy was obviously not going to listen to anyone, because he was too busy attacking someone for their choice to protect their and their loved ones' health.
The staffers behind the counter took it in good stride, made jokes and supported each other through. I left a good tip and wish I had more cash, because that was just uncalled for.
