Hygiene and cleanliness not so good.I will not be returning to that Dunkindonuts. I go in to place an order and the man taking the order had plastic gloves on,he was pushing buttons on the cash register, collecting money and grabbed my dozen donuts with those same gloves. I thought the employee was supposed to throw gloves away everytime they touched something that wasn't food related?Not to mention, before the man took my order he was wiping down the counter and cleaning the racks around the donuts,knocking all the crumbs and other debris on to the other donuts below. YOU'D THINK HE WOULD TAKE THE DONUTS OUT FIRST BEFORE CLEANING AROUND ALL THAT FOOD.??!! Then you have guy's who work there with long beards filling food orders also,I thought if you had a beard that you had to either shave it or wear plastic..This place needs to be checked out by the board of health and find for all the violations..I can only imagine how many people have gotten sick as a result of their unsanitary mesures?Anyway for now on I will not go to anymore Dunkin Donuts unless their owned and operated The O'Hanlon company..Mr O'Hanlon has at least 6 stores that I know of.1 of the stores is on the way to Maryland in the middle of RT 40 just past 896. I want good quality, and a clean safe environment for all..If a business doesn't keep cleanliness as a top priority,then I won't shop...
Read moreI’m not the one to make “disrespectful reviews” about restaurant establishments but the customer service at this Dunkin’ Donuts was horrendous! My mother and I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts because I literally begged her for a Matcha. We walked over but the doors were locked so we literally had to walk through the drive thru to get are drinks. I payed with my birthday money from my “13th birthday” We got one drink for free using my mother’s app. When my mom ordered my drink she realized that she didn’t ask for almond milk until after the lady was finish making it. We asked her if she could remake the drink but she deliberately refused to remake the drink. We repeatedly told her that I’m lactose intolerant so I can not drink it, but she would not remake it. The lady didn’t say “Oh you have to repay for the drink” she just refused to remake it. We were exchanging words back in forth until the lady got disrespectful and started pointing finger in my mothers face and yelling in our face. My mother comes to this place regularly because she works in the area, but now we will go to friendly Starbucks because they know what customer service is. I will never be coming...
Read moreI used the drive through and wanted to get an Rocky Road Ice Coffee with cream and sugar refill with my beverage cup prior to going to work. I gave my order and the server was really fast with me through the intercom and quickly recited what I had ordered and gave me a price. When I got to the window, I handed my beverage cup to the server. The server ordered me to remove the lid from the cup. I did and then handed it to her. The server then demanded payment and just stared at me. I put the cover down and then got my wallet out to pay for the beverage and rendered payment. The server then poured a beverage made in a separate plastic cup into my beverage cup and then handed the cup back to me uncovered. The server was very rude and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. After I pulled away, I took a sip of my beverage and discovered it was not Rocky Road and it was just a plain Ice Coffee. No sugar was added and the beverage tasted watered down. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. But after today I felt a complaint was necessary.
