Would leave 0 stars if I could. After buying a “new” Crate G600XL Halfstack Halfstack was told but multiple guitar enthusiasts the product I bought was heavily used and wasn’t new seeing as how crates been out of business for a long time. Tried to do a return for cash. After being told yes by one owner was told no by another because they didn’t have enough money. After a week and I didn’t need the cash asked to do an exchange. Was told to come in then was told they didn’t want my business because I left a negative review for them and that they would give me a reason now to leave a bad review. So here is my bad review. Don’t do business here. You will regret it. Read the replies they post to other people’s reviews especially on Facebook. They defend themselves by insulting other people. Hi, I just wanted to give credit to the fine folks at Guitar Co-op. I took in 2 guitars that needed setup, fixed, and cleaned. When I got them back they were perfect. Polished, cleaned, and fixed with great action. The intonation was perfect. They played like never before. It was like having two brand new guitar again. As far, as the price it was extremely reasonable for all they had to do, and done. I myself thought it was actually cheap. At the cost of 35.00 per guitar it was a steal. WTG guys ya'll are awesome. Beaufort needs more businesses like this in town. They don't do any price gouging either. They are up-standing people with quality work. Especially, when the economy is in such a bad place for a lot of people. To sum it all up. They are pretty good people with a great business. My overall rating would be a 10 out of 10. A man who works @ Music Co Op was standing in the parking lot cussing out a gentleman who he thought parked in his lot. The man in fact did not park in the Music Co op. lot. But that didn’t stop him from screaming profanities in front of family’s shopping at the adjacent thrift store. As this was happening the woman (who did park in his lot illegally) got in her car as he continued to act like a complete brute. His behavior was so appalling I felt lead to leave this review. I’m sure he deals with people parking illegally and I’m sure that’s frustrating… but nothing could excuse this behavior.
