Cross Creek Plaza — Local services in Beaufort

Wal-Mart. This particular visit almost went well because I actually went inside to pickup my groceries, specifically to use a gift card. The experience that left me with a gift card is as follows: because of a medical condition, I use the pickup service, generally w/o problems. This time, however, it went wrong. So very wrong!! It was the week before Christmas so delays were expected. However, after 30 mins of waiting I called the # for pick up notification. Mail box full. More waiting. At 1 hour mark, I went inside. After some discussion, I realized my order was gone. Refusing to accept ANY responsibility, the "lead" sent me to customer service. There I had to stand in line for 20 more mins(not their fault, it is what it is) to be told P/U had to help. I explained they sent me to C/S. Finally they paged P/U but of course, no one showed. Finally I was told to speak to the supervisor, who should be on-site now. I found her, explained my problem again, naming names. Charge showed on my account, no groceries. Finally, an hour plus later, I had a gift card because they can't refund money on groceries. I walk out to my car & the only male in the P/U area is standing by my car & asks "Are you Donna?" "No, she's probably who you gave MY groceries to." "Not me!" (Guilty conscience much?) This trip I go inside with some help & pick out enough groceries to satisfy total on gift card. Self check won't take it!!!!!! So another trip using checkout with a live individual. I filed a complaint at Wal-Mart.com....

Well if you want some delicious Ice Cream or Have many flavors of ice cream mixed together then this is the place to go. This place is perfect & especially during The Summertime & bring the kids. There is a pond across the parking lot & benches for people to sit on this & all near the trees.

I also loved feeding the ducks, but Beaufort County stopped people from feeding the ducks, due to some people not going the Speed Limit because ducks walking & (some people are so cruel & have ran some over), but feeding the ducks I enjoyed it, but take the whole family out for some nice delicious ice cold ice cream....

Place is nice on the outside however I was moved into a unit that was not ready. I'm really not as happy about it as I want to be. Also the gnat infestation is kinda unbearable. I don't even have food in the kitchen yet because the gnats ate everywhere including the fridge and freezer. Also even though I have 3 bathrooms, we can only use one. I have told management my issues i have had since day one but have yet to have them fixed. Smoke detectors have been beeping since I moved in as well. Going on week 2 of being here and I'm not impressed to...
