I ordered an engagement ring on the Kay website and selected the option of ship to my local store. I tracked the shipment of the ring that was shipped to this store, and for “some reason” it was returned to sender shortly after it had arrived at this store! The manager explained that they have a new UPS driver and made the mistake of returning the ring back to sender. She offered to cancel the order and sell me one of the same ring in store, although not the correct size. I informed her I would order the ring again online and ship to my house. Miraculously the original ring showed up at the store a day later. She then tried to sell me the ring that I had purchased a month back that she had canceled the order for. I believe the employees of this store purposely, did not accept the original ring from UPS and instead tried to sell me their rings in store in order to make commission on the sale that they would otherwise not get from an online sale.
