If I could give this location no stars or negative stars, I absolutely would. I've been to many Dutch Bros locations, and of all the chain coffee places, Dutch Bros is my favorite. This location, however, is a total disaster. I drive up at 6:30 am, knowing I needed to be 45 minutes away by 8 am, with the goal of arriving at 7:30 am. I also know the lines at Dutch Bros can take a bit. I checked, and there are 5 cars in the drive-thru and a group of about 5 teens at the walk-up window. I decide I'll have plenty of time and get in the drive thru. The expectation was that it would take maybe 15 minutes. Unbelievably, the guy taking orders only took up to car #2 and then went inside, never to return. I sat in there for about 20 minutes before deciding to just leave. Unfortunately, I had pulled too close to the vehicle in front of me, and there was someone close behind me, so I was stuck. Finally, an employee came out to take some orders, and 2 cars were served relatively quickly. Based on this, I decided to order. Wouldn't you know it, the employee only took orders from 3 vehicles and then returned inside. There were around 10 cars in line behind me. Unreal. At this point, there are only 2 vehicles left in front of me. I incorrectly assumed we would be done shortly. When I finally make it to the window, the employee still has not made my drink. I'm sitting there watching her do all sorts of stuff besides making my drink. Finally, my drink is finished and I can go. I'm no longer making it to my destination 30 minutes early, and only by the skin of my teeth and perhaps accelerated rates of speed do I make it on time. To boot, the drink was absolutely disgusting. It's my go-to drink. I've had it hot and iced many times - it's always good. Except for at this location. It takes like nearly burnt milk and what dog breath smells like. 30+ minutes for a nasty drink is not worth it. I recommend skipping...
Read moreFirst time coming back here in months. We stopped coming weekly because the line was always too long or even when it wasn’t that long it would still take 40+ minutes in the drive thru. We were excited to have Dutch Bros again and to our surprise there was almost no wait in the drive-through. Only one car ahead of us. We ordered two drinks. A small chocolate covered strawberry iced mocha, and a medium cinnamon swirl protein iced latte. We actually pulled up to the window as they started making our drinks and I gotta say I don’t see the point in ordering a medium because the only thing extra I saw was milk and ice. They make the drinks in a plastic container first before they pour it into your cup, and they put so much ice in my cup that the leftover ingredients from my drink was dumped down the drain and all I could think was there goes my caffeine and protein. Why couldn’t I just have less ice? I come for the coffee not the ice. Other coffee spots offer you the extra in a separate cup. Then after they put the lids on, they wiped my lid with some rag that was used for wiping down who knows what else. It looked like a soggy wet junk rag with all kinds of goop on it. They handed us our drinks and the chocolate strawberry mocha drink was supposed to have sprinkles on top so I asked about it. I was rudely told that they were out and they were actually out of sprinkles for days. As if I was supposed to know that. Usually when they’re out of an ingredient at any other type of food or beverage place, they let you know ahead of time and ask if that’s OK. So our experience wasn’t great. The coffee was pretty good but I couldn’t help thinking that I just paid for...
Read moreThe overall drink is always good at Dutch Bros, but the customer service about the pick up orders are ridiculous because I waited an additional about 10 to 15 minutes from when I was told on the app my order would be ready and I’m literally outside waiting in the hot sun. They see me there. There’s no way it takes 10 minutes from when I get there to start my order I ordered ahead so the order should’ve been started before I even got there and then when I asked them is it just not quicker to order ahead because it told me it would only take so much time and I was in a rush she basically told me well not necessarily. It’s your choice if you want to go to the drive-through and was very nonchalant dismissive and rude about it. I had no problem waiting. It’s just I don’t wanna be told one thing and then I’m expecting one thing and get another if I go to went to the drive-through I would’ve got my order already and not been sitting in the hot sun at the end of the day. They shouldn’t prioritize the drive-through over there order ahead then they shouldn’t offer the option if they can’t...
