Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Beaumont

Burger was squished. The cashiers are always answering quick and messing up your order. Food is usually cold. This specific location is so bad for some reason. It's fast food, so don't expect much. But this location is just embarrassing. The owner and head manager never gives out their name or any other information. They give COUNTERFEIT money to the CUSTOMERS! Signs say open 24/7 but they randomly close Somewhere from 9-10:30. I always try to forgive this place, but they've messed up 9/10 orders. And if the order isn't messed up, It's cold. In N Out has a line 3 times as long down the street in a busier area and they get your order perfect and edible. They're dining room says OPEN, but they never are. Cashiers in the Drive-Thru are awkward and have attitude. They often forget to use the microphone properly, and speak to the customer at the ordering screen, and the window at the same time and it's extremely confusing. The drinks have an excessive amount of ice. And if you ask for no ice, they usually still put some. Orange juice are sometimes expired. Burritos aren't wrapped from the top and bottom. Manager's need to be fired. This location as a whole needs to be shut down completely. Drive thru wait time is from 15 to 40 minutes (after ordering) and usually takes 8-15 minutes to get to the order screen. They stuff all your items into one bag and the bag has small tears on the bottom from all the weight, moisture (why is it wet????) and boxes in the bag. Usually the cashiers don't confirm your order or give you a receipt. So you can't get your order corrected when they mess up. I asked for a receipt and they told me they don't have any receipts. I came here in the morning through drive thru. I told, HUGO the supposed supervisor to hold. I tried to place my order and he wasn't answering me. He took care of the customer in front of me and when it was my turn he just simply asked me to pull up to the window. Me thinking he was gonna take my order at the window I pulled up, only for him to tell me I had to go ALL THE WAY back around into the drive thru and place my order again. Did not even offer me to get out of the car and Take my order inside. He then proceeded to act sarcastic as if I was the one who was incompetent for not stating my order when clearly I was. I was LITERALLY yelling into the speaker box. But this incompitent worker refused to hear me out. When asked for his name, cause I definitely was gonna report this incompitent worker, he was talking to other workers in the background, wasting my time. And when asked again he just said my name is Hugo thats all you need to know! Extremely rude, and this guy is supposed to be a supervisor? With that attitude I dont even want to know what kind of people they got working back there making my food. Smh. Unprofessional, Extremely rude, and sarcastic. The older lady with glasses that works the drive thru at this location needs to learn how to treat customers better. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker and asked for my order, she was giving me attitude. I asked for my mobile order, and she didn’t give me a verbal confirmation that she got my order. Instead she ignored me, then continued to help the car in front of me with her mic still on. She forgot to mute her mic and read back the order of the customer ahead of me, which I mistook as her reading back my own order, to which I had said was not the correct order. Instead of apologizing for forgetting to mute her mic she snapped at me and said “I know it’s not your order. “. I apologized and waited at the speaker for confirmation of my order still, until sometime passed and she asked me what I had wanted. I told her I just wanted to know if she had gotten my order, and instead she just scolded me for waiting at the speaker and that she had already gotten my order. The food was good when I finally ate it, but her attitude and overall demeanor left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
