Overall, it was a decent visit but for a family of 5 this is not a feasible dessert option. We spent $56 dollars and we did add a 15% tip. A couple things I would suggest to keep the financial aspect of the community. First offer different sizing options that would include a smaller size for younger children and those with dietary restrictions. Second offer different pricing for different size options. Add a punch card options for your customers to gain the return customer. My last thought was the lack of customer service. It felt like we were bothering the two people working. My daughter wanted to try rolled ice cream, I searched my area, and there was none, so I decided to look towards Texas, and 45 minutes away was J Baby. When we first got there, I was impressed with the atmosphere. From the LSU inspired purple and yellow chairs to the stacked cookie stools, it was cute. We were greeted by a very friendly person who made ordering easy. My daughter had strawberry while I got chocolate Oreo, and my son got a chocolate coffee. We watched the process of mixing and making, which was interesting to all ages. The only negative thing was they used strawberry syrup instead of real strawberries, but it was still good. best local ice cream & sweet treats business! every time i’m in town i have to stop by! the owner is always sweet and attentive, along with the staff. the inside is so cute and very kid friendly, while there are chairs/benches to sit at, i do wish there were a few small tables. also the parking is a little tight at busy area times. nonetheless, way better than marble slab or any chain ice cream place because they actually care!! 10/10 every time :)
