Kikko Ramen & Poke — Restaurant in Beaumont

Food was disgusting! Flavorless , unappealing to the eye and my broth tasted scorched. The absolute worst ramen I have ever had ! I asked for spicy but you can clearly see from the picture the ramen is very pale looking. Ingredients were not fresh. I took two bites and a sip of the broth and was immediately turned off. I ended up asking for a to-go box and threw it away when I got in the car. Mind you, my order was $32. I paid it though but I will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

In addition, the service was really bad. I don’t know if they are just short staffed all the time or what , but when me and my guest visited there (about 3:00pm) it was only a handful of customers dining in and the employees still took a long time to serve us. Not only that, but at the end when we were ready to go they gave us our check and took FOREVER to come pick it back up. We eventually took our own check to them to pay! We spent about 45-50 minutes there, about 40 minutes was spent waiting to be acknowledged and served and we only spent about 10 minutes eating after we got our food because it was so bad we couldn’t stomach it. They never once asked us if we enjoyed the food, nor did they ask us if we needed anything, not even refills. I have nothing pleasant to say about this place unfortunately. Eat there at your own expense. Lol. Some of the guest who came in after us got treated with more attention and customer service though. Go Figure....

This is my absolute most favorite place to eat. I'm in there at least 2-3 times a week or just ordering to go. The food is always consistent, always fresh and hot. The downside is the wait staff. One in particular is slowww. Even when your literally the only one sitting in the establishment. He will take his time to seat you then just walk away without asking about a drink order. The last time I was there all 3 wait staff sat at the back table talking and playing on phones while me and my guest stood waiting to be seated in a empty restaurant. Once seated the waiter just walked away and avoided eye contact. I was so shocked I just got up and left, I ended up calling the manager from the parking lot and told him about it. I haven't been back ever since and will only order to go when I see that particular waiter there. The 2 young lady waitresses are the best, fast and attentive. This other guy. Forgetful, slow and he's seems entirely to comfortable within his job. Which is a huge turn off. It sucks the restaurant will suffer because of bad waiters. Still gets five stars though because the food is absolutely amazing and the owners/Management/cooks are...

I ordered for delivery here three times and each time was great. I wanted to introduce my friend to it and sit down and eat. Don't get me wrong I know places get super busy. The first person was a cook that approached me and was very courteous and said it would be about mayhaps 25 to 30 minutes and if i wanted to wait I could take a seat. I said I was waiting for my friend and he said alright just let us know if you want to wait. My friend showed up 3 minutes later. The other server approached and said the same wait time. My friend and I were ok with that and said we'd like to sit and wait. This guy let it a exasperated sigh and rolled his eyes at us. The heck. I told him nevermind he just lost our business just because of that. If I go back in I will walk back out of there if he is there. I know they were busy and I wouldn't have minded the wait to get my order in for good food as it was explained twice to us. I even planned on doing a 15 for a tip just because of the first guy and then being busy. But again I'll 180 if I see that same server that rolled...
