Subway — Restaurant in Beaumont

This review is for this location ONLY...Dowlen road in HEB shopping center! Go to any other Subway. I go in and no one there (customers i mean). In my hand I'm holding a coupon and reading it to double check that it's valid date and such. I knew it was, but like to check before I order. He sees me reading the coupon. I order...a buy one get one footlong. He makes them. I hand him the coupon. He says, "We don't take coupons." HUH!? There is literally a big sign on the window about using their app for coupons, discounts, and points, but they don't take paper coupons? No signs anywhere stating that either. I look at him somewhat confused and asked why he didn't say that when he saw me reading the coupon before I ordered. He responded that he didn't think I was going to use the coupon. Again HUH!? I was just like nope and walked away. I'm not about to be swindled. Maybe the dude was hungry and knew if I didn't get them he could have them. IDK, but NEVER been to ANY Subway that doesn't take their coupons. I drove to the one 15 minutes out of my way and got excellent service and food. When I told them what happened, they were confused too. They had never heard of Subway not taking coupons either. This confirms my suspicion that something...

I walk in and the guy comes from the back, turns the water on… DOESNT wash his hands, walks to the counter and rolls his eyes at me and says “ummmm hello?” No greeting no how are you doing, no “welcome to subway” no “how may I take your order” just gives straight attitude immediately , I wanted to walk out but I had to get food for my kids, so I go ahead and try to place my order . I asked him for chicken bacon ranch Italian, he looks at me and says “do you see Italian herbs and cheese back here” and I just turn around and walk out, it toook everything in me not to curse him out and knock those shelves over , I went ahead and went to subway on phelan by Chase bank and they gave THE BEST service , it was refreshing and I will be leaving them a 5 star review … this guy was disgusting and needs to be fired...

I visited 10/10/2021. I arrived at 8:10pm. Door was locked. Lady had an employee open door. I inquired about not being opened until 9pm as advertised on door. She said it was slow so they closed early. After leaving, I sat in my car calling home to see what else to get. Thats when the lady came out door screaming obsenities at me, giving me the finger and doing other things that are to inappropriate to post here. I assume she thought I was calling to complain. Well I just visited the location to log comlaint. The manager wasnt even worried about how her emoplyee behaved. She simply stated that she closes at 8 on sundays, just hadnt changed the time on door. She even refused to give me any contact info to anyone above her.
