Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Beaumont

By far the WORST Sonic in Beaumont! Literally takes forever to come to the intercom when going through drive thru. The manger is HORRIBLE at her job because she always has an attitude. I really hope the owners sees this and reevaluate the staff and management. Yesterday, my mother in law were there, which she goes FREQUENTLY to get my kids a after school snack (pretzels: corn dogs, etc.) she stated that she had been at the window and no one had come to the intercom so she would be behind in picking up my middle schooler. She had to drive off which made my younger kids really upset because they look forward to that snack after school. I tried to get breakfast for my staff this morning. And again silence at the intercom. I literally sat at the intercom for 4 minutes. I then proceeded to drive up to the window but then a lady answered (giggling)… I tried to order 3 small coffees. She stated it would be a 10 min wait. Like are you grinding these beans freshly lady?!?! I don’t understand how the location opens at 7am and no coffee was made by 7:30 am. Mind you I was the ONLY car there. I say the manager because I called this morning to ask “is there a problem with the intercom?” She disconnected the line. I called back and...

Hesitated going to this location because of reviews but decided to go because it was close. Put in an online order for a blast and added extra things including whipped cream. This is a small, and I paid extra to add whipped cream and this is what they brought out to me. This was just a tad larger than my thumb. I politely asked the car hop if they could add a little more than this because if I’m paying $8 for a small at least put an appropriate amount on. She said she would bring a small cup and she proceeded to ignore me for an additional 8 minutes. I thought she may had forgotten, so I moved closer to the door even though I tried waving her down twice. She intentionally stopped by my stall. Heard me talking to her and proceeded to keep going. She proceeded to pass me by approximately 7 times delivering everyone else their orders. It wasn’t the price, it was more-so the principle of paying extra and then you purposely ignoring me after you said you would correct the situation. I will not be back to...

This place absolutely SUCKS. Why do I pull up to a stall, and the entire team can see me, and doesn’t answer it? And why are all of the stalls broken? I have to go to 3 different stalls to find one that isn’t disconnected. The employees all need to be replaced. Anytime I go to the drive through, no one answers, but the car behind me pulls up, and they answer. And when they do answer “What’s your order” no, “Hi, welcome to Sonic, what can I get you?” just rude, attitude, lazy employees. I’m surprised they still get enough business to stay open. I’m tired of every time i’m trying to get a quick drink, or a quick snack, because the idea of a FAST FOOD place is to be FAST, I instead have to either wait to get someone to do their job, or have to wait 20 minutes for a simple coke. And I doubt this review will do much, considering all the other negative reviews have a reply with a copy and paste response from whoever is offering “help”.
