On December 23rd, I went to purchase a charm bracelet for my daughter along with four charms, totaling $270. On that day, I inquired about the time it would take to have the charms placed on the bracelet, and was informed by a young girl that it would take a full day due to their busy schedule. When I returned on December 28th, the same girl informed me that the bracelet would be ready the following day, December 29th. I requested to speak to a manager, who also confirmed that only two charms could be placed on the bracelet and the rest would need to be done the next day. I expressed my frustration at the situation, questioning the logic of only placing two charms at a time. Audrey assistance me one order then it was Desaray then I picked up my special order and was assisted by Vinceneshia. I told Vinceneshia I was picking up an special order and I had my hands full with my emotional support animal due to being nervous during his training. He was being disturbed during his training.
