Abby: He was very mannerable, aidant and has a great smile to match the sales. After accidentally dropping and ruining the LCD, he did a greater job than expected with repairing my Note 5. He replaced the LCD, phone screen and the back that was atrocious. Two months later, I wake up to the LCD screen leaking to no fault of my own. Abby agreed to repair it and only charge me for the part. I told him I would go put away our groceries and come back to give him enough time to finish. Upon my return, he stated he accidentally broke the part and in exchange would replace with a newer version of my same Note 5. I was told to come back but told him I could next day since I had other things to do for the evening. He said 10:30a-11a and I arrived at 11:05a. Another guy stated, Abby was experiencing car issues which I know is no ones fault; however, I am still waiting on my phone that I use for work. I was told to come back around 3p so I called to check before making a third blank trip and arrived at 3:40p something. Another guy stated Abby was not there and promptly called back to say the job was completed less than 2min after hanging up. I was quoted $140 initially but after wasting time, gas and missing a full day of work the guy stated policy states he can only go to $130 plus tax which came out to $140 and some change so no real deal or resolution for the inconvenience other than his repeated "Im sorry, policy states..." If policy states then how was I able to receive a discount from $150 to $140 after the part was broken then the guy says $140 to $130...makes no sense and I am dissapointed as that is bad for business especially when the value of the phonw is only $85 which is what I wouldve paid for the part and that would have been fair to...

Spoke with some manager from houston and he wanted to mail off my iPad to Houston for second opinion before I could get a refund of $80 because they said it was my iPad that was messed up after replacing the screen 3 different times. I walked out. Please read the reviews before going. The first time I took it back was because the screen was nearly falling off then he fixed it, the 2nd time was because the home button was literally hanging out and could be lifted up (he said it does that because of a new screen), 3rd time was because the screen wasn’t working properly, 4th time screen still wasn’t working and said it was a iPad issue not their screen. Do not waste your money. I took the same iPad to RJG in Nederland and they said it was because they used poor quality screen replacement and my iPad is now fixed! So I lost out on $80 bucks. And also the guy that worked here said he would give me a call each time I dropped it off to pickup when ready, as I walk inside H-E-B to pick up each time. He is just sitting down doing nothing, I never received one call either times when it was ready. Very bad customer service and quality. Read moreI stopped by with my cracked phone screen on my way out of HEB & was quoted $99 for a replacement. My husband took it back to drop it off for me and they told him it would cost $110. When I picked it up after almost a week of calling the total was $130. When I got home I noticed the screen was not flush. My home button (HTC One) was sunken in & the side were popped so far up I could see light. With my case on, I pushed to try to snap it in & it cracked. I called and they told me it would be another $100, when I went to drop it off I showed him the sides where light was showing and he said he'd fix it. After 4 days I went to pick it up & he told me $75, I had assumed fixing it meant they'd cover their mistake. He called his "boss" and spoke for about 5 minutes and finally told me they'd take $50, and not to push on the screen because there is glue underneath....$180 total at this point. 2 days later it begins popping up again, it falls out of my shopping buggy before I can bring it in and gets a huge crack around the home button WITH A CASE ON.
