Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beaumont

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! This place is committing FRAUD! They charge you for the more expensive pizza and initial it on the receipt so you don’t notice what they are doing but give you a regular pizza. Me and my family order here all the time and if I didn’t start checking my receipts they would still be getting money off of us without us knowing. The manager was very unprofessional I asked her why are you guys doing this to your customers it isn’t right this was the third time I caught it. The first time I let it slide the second time I talked to someone and he told me that is how they promote their pizzas. You don’t promote your product by charging customers for it without them knowing. As I am telling her this she goes on by telling me “then why did you come back.” I don’t see how that makes any sense as to why you guys are willingly charging people for something they didn’t ask for. A male Alejandro then came up to me and said he was the manager. They both tried to make it seem as if I was mad about the pizza when it had nothing to do with that. They knew what they were doing was wrong and they got caught after I’m sure doing it to every customer that walks...

Just left this location. Ordered a $8 deep dish (A special) with extra pepperoni.I was charge the $1.75 for the extra pepperoni but the price of the pizza went up to $9. Totaling $10.70 plus tax. I asked why and she said because it was now a "custom" pizza. So i looked and asked was this mentioned ANYWHERE on the menu and she said no and acted as if I was bothering her. It's not about the dollar it's about the misleading practice. So I said you know what I'll just take a refund. She said OK, let me get a manager. I waited 5 mins no manager. I said would like my money back as fast as you took it. She then proceeds to tell me that there's no manager there and she couldn't give me a refund. I said somebody is going to give me a refund. She then gets on the phone and calls her manager and says I need to give someone a refund.....I assumed he asked why because then she laughed and said I'll tell you about it later. This place is a joke. If there is no manager on duty there should be someone there that it able to give refund. This place is clearly unprofessional and I will not...

I had a pickup order, came in punched in my code to grab my pizza, and as I reached in the TOUCHLESS ORDER machine the get my pizza, an employee from the other side of the machine grabbed the pizza from the other side before I could get it. She told me to put on a mask, to which I explained I have a legal medical exemption and if I were to have to be hospitalized they would be financially responsible as an institution. Another employee came around and held out a mask and said they would not give me my food until I put my mask on. Then when I finally took the mask from her, she wouldn't even give me my food still and instead walked me out. I would have been in and out of their store in UNDER 60 SECONDS, Instead, we argued for nearly 5 minutes instead(that's logical). Additionally, I already have antibodies. This service and customer treatment was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I will happily drive across town to NEVER enter this...
