Subway — Restaurant in Beaumont

Terrible experience. I ordered my food on the app because I had a lot of things to do and company coming over. I sent my son to get it and they were 30 minutes late making it. By the time he got home, 1 of my guests had to leave without their food. It got worse when we discovered that every single sandwich was not only made incorrectly but completely wrong. The sandwiches were not even salvageable. My kids would not eat, which means all of my time and money was wasted. I got in my car, leaving my friends and family behind and went to the subway so they could correct their mistake. They asked me to go back home and bring the sandwiches. I had to make three trips there and they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. As they were making it and treating me like I was the problem, I slightly leaned on the glass and it fell. They accused me of slamming it as I was helping them fix it. They didn't have it in place correctly. I even bought food for the couple in line behind me because of the inconvenience and drama created at the subway. After all was said and done, they never apologized, I wasted three trips, 1.5 hours and $70 on substandard food that I was too upset to even eat. This food is way too expensive to go through all of this. I will never go there again. I understand the need to have patience with workers. I get it. But this was...

This place needs better management...I go there in the morning for by Breakfast before work around 7:45 a.m...more often than not either no one has opened (7:00 am is when it should be open) or the doors are locked and no employee in sight. On top of that about half the time they don't have product and they say the truck is delivering this afternoon, only to come back the next day and still nothing... sometimes a few days. No way to run...

We brought a group of around 25 middle school students in for a road trip lunch stop on our way from Phoenix to LA. We called ahead and they were well prepared, friendly and efficient! They had us in and out in about 30 minutes. The two employees were quick with orders and payment, and manager Gary was super sweet, making conversion with kids and chaperones and helping the kids figure out how to pay. Thanks for the smooth...
