I ordered a delivery order from this location on Phelan Blvd in Beaumont tx two days in a row and both days I had food missing. On 1/30 I ordered $78.00 worth of food and didn't receive my french fries nor my chicken nuggets. I reached out to C.S. and they gave me a coupon that will expire within a week b4 I was interested in purchasing food again. So therefore I was forced to buy more food and spend more money..bummer. I ordered the 2nd day 1/31, $45.00 worth of food, coupon included, and smh the same thing happened...I didn't get 2 of my french fries...What's up with BK and forgetting the sides!?!? I tried today and yesterday to call the restaurant but needless to say, they don't answer(shame). So I am left with the chat bot which does an awful job. It told me to let it know if I wanted a live agent and I did do that and it immediately ended the chat. So now I'm out money & food and can't even talk to them about the missing food. I'm so over BK. And that sucks bc I really like BK. After all that I want to say that the food is okay, but BK has got to get on their workers and make them double check the orders b4 they give it. I'm so disappointed in them. I don't recommend getting food delivered from this location, but pick-up is the way to go. Read moreHow can I select NO STARS?! Worst experience in the drive-through. Regular customer at this location, 11:45 pm New Years Day. Ordered a Dr pepper in drive-through. Pulled around to pay, and there was a truck at the second window. As soon as I pull up, the truck peels out of the drive-through and runs over curbs leaving. Weird huh. I pull up, and the kid is laughing to the back, saying, "I don't know. She got mad and said she didn't want it anymore and left.". The kid tells me the total, hand him my card. He has his phone in his hand reading a text and without looking at me hands over my card and receipt back. Keeping my cool. He continues to stand there for 3 minutes texting on his phone. BLOOD PRESSURE BOILING NOW. When I realized NOBODY was doing anything by way of work. I asked him......are you out of drinks?? Without looking up, he says, "Nah, I'm gonna get it in a minute.". Read moreThe entire experience was disturbing, we almost left at the order speaker. Took about a minute to get through background talk to actually answer "Welcome to Burger King....". Then after some slight misunderstanding of our order (that was never corrected despite specifically saying the order on the screen was wrong), they handed us a bag and we drove forward. Realized at that point we had the WRONG ORDER COMPLETELY, we got the wrong bag. We had to wait in line in the drive through again, when we drove up to the order speaker, we told them we had the wrong order. They stated that "oh you were the one with the 2 whoppers....drive up to the window". After 10 minutes we arrived at the window and gave the wrong bag back to them to get the correct bag (almost 15 minutes later). Unfortunately it was the original bag that sat and other than the fries, EVERYTHING else was cold! Never again! Worst Burger King in Beaumont and BELIEVE ME, the bar isn't high here folks.
