We are traveling and I do not recall eating at a Hardee's before. However, I have dined at other fsst food burger joints. We didn't know what to order and the lady; Martha told us what their top selling sandwiches are and the highlights of each. While waiting for our order I went to the restroom. That bathroom was freaking SPOTLESS! They were working with a skeleton crew of two (2) people so to find a bathroom THAT clean with only two people working shows the staff pays attention to details and the comfort of the customers! I also discovered that I had the root of one of my teeth exposed and cold beverages are shockingly painful. I requested warm water instead of cold. Martha granted my special request; and was not bothering by catering to my special need. - The cheeseburger was good. Condiments on both buns! I never see that and typically request that option but not necessary here. Issabelle made a very tasty burger. I was not a fan of Hardee's pickles but one would not know that until trying them...They weren't so bad that I did not eat them but rather just would order a burger without them on the future. - It was a pleasure eating there and having exceptional service in very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Read moreLiterally worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. ..first of all I went in to the lobby to eat , ordered my food .. and proceeded to wait and watch as 9 cars went thru the drive thru as I waited .. I quickly realized that the only concern they had was the drive thru timer as the lobby doesn’t have one . Mind u there was no cars in the drive thru when I placed my order .. I get my order and the gravy looked like it wasn’t stirred properly and had chunks of flour all in it .. the hash browns tasted like burnt fryer oil .. and my sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered , I approached the counter to tell the rude 80s hair woman behind it that it was incorrect she snatched my sandwich and told me they’d remake it .. after waiting at my table for 15 minutes I finally decided to go see what exactly was going on .. the employees literally all of them were standing in the back leaned on walls trading stories .. finally the rude woman said oh you didn’t get your sandwiches I guess ..LOL ..it’s also worth noting that the manager was walking around doing absolutely nothing but texting on her phone .. pathetic .. nothing about this was fast food or even edible .. I wouldn’t take a homeless person here to eat it would be adding...
Read moreThus is based on my experience 2/2/2020 during breakfast service. Arrived approx 9:30 am, several cars in drive-thru and one guest waiting for their order inside. Placed our order with the young man working the counter and drive-thru window. Observed one other employee in the kitchen. At around 9:45, our order was still not up and heard the person in the back say they couldn't make my order because their was no hot water. Counter person was questioning the cook about an order when the cook starts yelling that the order was already done, ignoring when she was told there were 2 orders. Counter person had eniugh, put his headset down, picked up his phone and jacket and left. We finally got the cooks attention to come to the counter and let her know she was by herself. The cook had no knowledge of how to work the register to give us a refund, food still not up. She called the manager who apparently was already on the way. When the manager arrived things didn't get much better - seemed to have no idea how to get things in order quickly, apologize for everyone's inconvenience or basic customer service skills. If I ever go back to this location, will immediately walk out if the manager name listed on the wall plaquard is...
