My experience was less than satisfactory. First of all I feel that McDonald's has completely lost the social human interaction from one human being to another by installing the Keos machines. What ever happened to service with a smile. I tried to place my order at the Keos and the screen froze up. I then went to the counter to get some help and the employee who was standing at the register had her head down with her eyes on her cell phone texting someone. After standing there waiting for her to finish I finally had to wave my arms in her line of sight to get her attention. As a customer I shouldn't have to get an employees attention. A good employee should be alert and ready to provide services at all times. Cell phones should not be aloud in the workplace. When an employee is on there cell phone it gives the impression to the customer that who ever they are texting is more important to them than the customer that is standing directly in front of them waiting on them to finish sending there text. This is rude and disrespectful. From a business owner point of view this is also cost effective. When an employee is spending time on there cell phones then they are not being productive and therefore costing the employer money. As a customer point of view I am more inclined to dine elsewhere and again this effects the bottom line of McDonald's profits. I understand that I am only one person who has taken the time to speak up. But what about the millions of people who feel the same way as I do but have not had there voice heard. If Ronald McDonald was alive today he would...
Read moreStaff had always been nice and friendly, but the consistency of this McDonald’s is just absolutely pathetic at times. Whether it be ordering, paying and then being told at the window they’ve actually sold out of what you just ordered. Or me having a painfully simple order (A singular 5$ Meal Deal) and somehow the last 3 times I’ve been in the drive-thru, I have had an item completely missing in my order. If my order was big, it would be one thing. But I am stuck doing mental gymnastics wondering how a mchicken, small fries, 4 nuggets, and a drink can be mismanaged so frequently here. This wouldn’t be nearly as annoying if this McDonald’s didn’t ask you to pull around to a parking spot 50% of the time you’re in the drive-thru, while you proceed to wait another 10 minutes for your order, only for your order to be missing items. What is the point of a drive-thru when over half of the time, I have to get out of my car and go inside to get my correct order? The entire purpose of the drive-thru has been defeated here. If this happened only a few times, I wouldn’t even be writing a review. However you’re honestly better off just flipping a coin and if it lands on heads, you’re probably getting bad service here.
It’s hard to come back to McDonald’s when their prices keep increasing, and the consistency has become nonexistent. It’s better to spend 5-10 extra bucks and eat somewhere else, where I don’t have to worry about...
Read moreMcDonald’s. You already know you’re making a poor decision when you choose to start your day off with artificial ingredients and heavily preserved foods, but when accompanied by horrible service, long wait time and listening to all the employees scream at eachother it takes the experience to the next level.
We walked in an placed our order at 9:24am at a computer screen because no one behind the counter seemed to realize we were there. After placing the order we sat down by the window and started our wait. During this time we heard numerous people complaining amongst themselves about how long the wait time was. Some people had been there over 20 minutes, so we knew we were in for a haul. During our wait we watched the morning crew scramble around trying to fulfill the orders that were pouring in, the people standing around wondering if they were even going to get their food, a man complaining to a person that he couldn’t order his meal from the kiosk, then storming off in a huff, 3 different employees trying to deliver food to the same table that didn’t exist and one guy who wanted a refund because it was taking so long. Then, at 9:50 we finally heard our number. It was glorious. We could finally leave and enjoy the sloppy greasy mess that we had chosen as fuel for our Saturday morning.
