Save yourself the disappointment and head across the street to Hot Heads.
My story: My door dasher has been waiting for 45 minutes for my food. I am sick with the flu or I would have picked up myself.
Dashers don't get paid enough to wait for this level of service. Even worse, I dont have cash on hand and the Taco Bell app doesnt let me increase the tip like it does on the door dash app.
And they aren't even busy...
Taco Bell should be ashamed for this kind of service. It's an absolute disgrace.
Edit; 0h- it gets better... Taco Bell told my dasher to cancel the order because they accidentally deleted my order. After the dasher cancelled the order then I called Taco Bell to figure out how to get my refund, because again- none of this shows up in my Door Dash history- through the Taco Bell app.
They said there's nothing they can do and they just fulfilled the order for pick up (NINETY MINUTES LATER) so they can make it seem like Door Dash is the problem.
Door Dash also told my dasher they won't comp her for her time.
So, Taco Bell, now I have demands... On the first of January I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB unless I have received a full refund AND you have compensated my driver for her time (which I can get to you).
This incompetence has lost you a valued customer and hopefully (if the number of views my Google reviews typically gets speaks to anything) the confidence of a few more. I am willing to improve this review upon meeting my demands.

Edit: Taco Bell has refunded order. 12/14/2023. Improved from 1 stat to 2 stars for at least doing the right thing for the customer.
Still awaiting contact for dasher compensation.
Edit: Taco Bell actually took the money AGAIN and didn't refund me. Doordash said they filled the order. So they stole from me. And I was going to leave it... but like an amnesia patient I went back and they jipped me out of half of my meal. Im too exhausted to go back. Worst...
Read moreOver the Memorial Day weekend, I stopped by my local Taco Bell in Beavercreek, Ohio store # 003627. 7 days a week I order the same thing for breakfast from various Taco Bells throughout the Dayton Ohio area in my travels and have made a purchase like this more than 100 times. So when I received my order, it was literally half the size that I have received from every other Taco Bell 100's of times. So I walked back in to explain the problem and the so called manager "Jake" told me it was the right size, and insisted I was wrong and he could re-make it, but it would be just the same. Folks, this was a $1 item and Jake chose to argue with me that I was wrong and it was the right size. Any decent manager would have apologized and corrected the problem to save a frequent valued customer. But not Jake, he had to make it a point that he was right and I was wrong. Jake did not correct the problem even after I informed him that I would be in touch with Corporate about the problem and would be happy to leave a Google and Yelp Review of the lousy service I received. How Jake ever made it to manager by mistreating customers like I was done, is beyond me. I will choose not to visit this location ever again, I hope Jake having to be right was worth losing future business, because that is exactly what has resulted from his lack of customer...
Read moreAlways dirty but does have good food but warning, 5-14-18 went to eat there and one of the workers sneezed without covering mouth then proceeded to open a coffee package bag for the coffee maker with MOUTH then kept scratching head a lot without washing hands I complained to two managers right then and there one said "that's the second complaint" all they did was make the worker sit in the back somewhere for exactly 5 MINUTES. That was it. They need to fire this worker because obviously this worker keeps doing the same disgusting things and especially after opening a coffee package with the MOUTH GROSS that's a HEALTH SAFETY ISSUE don't they even care about that I just hope no one gets anything or sick from this workers saliva SICKENING soooo with that said, they lost my business at least until they straighten up and clean the place too oh yea the soap dispenser wasn't working in the restroom either and I complained and all they said was "yea we know,it's been broke we're trying to fix it" WELL, I didn't see anyone in there TRYING to fix it all the time I was there.
