Pros: The food was tasty. I had a bacon cheeseburger that had crispy, salty bacon, savory beef, cool and crisp lettuce (although it looked like salad greens and I had a hard time keeping it on my burger), warm bun and 1 fresh tomato slice. I ate more than I thought I would.

The manager, Alicia, was working very hard. I watched her taking orders on headset and front counter, taking orders and mopping the floor in the 15 mins we were there, and was still polite about it.

Cheap! It was less than $10 for 2 people.

Cons: They did not have A&W's famous draft root beer! What's the point in an A&W without it?

The cashiers (aside from the manager) were less than helpful. We watched the two teens have a conversation for a long while before they could be bothered to help us. I waited for the girl to greet me, but she just stared at me until she felt awkward about it. The boy finally decided to go clean some spilled soda with a wash rag which the manager Alicia had to go do again anyway with mop. We heard him say, "It's my Friday." Great buddy... It's the calendar's Friday too.

The working, free jukebox has a sign on it that says, "Please do not touch." At first I just wanted to play some nostalgic songs, but after the sign, I wanted to bump it like Fonzie.

The cleanliness of the store was sub par. The manager should delegate her hard work to those kids who have time to lean against the food line and chat.

First time I have tried a KFC/A&W drive through combination chain. I ordered the hot dog with cheese meal. There are no ice tea options and mostly sweet sodas, but they said that Soba water had no sugar in it. So I go that. After I drove a couple of miles, I pulled over to eat. The entire bag was soaked through. The container the hot dog was in had hot melted cheese dripping everywhere from it. It was a mess. It got all over my dress, my car seat, everything. And it scalded my hand. I have never seen so much cheese on a hot dog in my life. It looked like a half bowl of cheesy soup. The hot dog was tough and barely eatable. The Sobe soda had sugar or some kind of artificial sweetener in it and tasted horrible. It was in a soda cup that said Root Beet and not in a Sobe bottle. I have ahd Sobe before, and this was not Sobe water. It was a pink color and tasted terrible. My receipt of $5.99 was completely soaked by the cheese as it was in the bag. I am horrified. If I cannot get the samage to my dress cleaned out, I will be sending a letter to headquarters asking for $30.00 plus $5.99 for the horrible food. I had to throw out everything...

Went to grab food again. And for the 3rd time the manager or whomever was working refused to make what i ordered as it was 70 min before closing and he refused to make waffles because they take to long. As a hospitality consultant I was shocked. He was then rude saying he wouldnt serve me. This same gentleman did this before. Its absolutely unsettling how people like this man can work in the service industry. I will be posting both video and audio of the encounter on various forums. He also used foul language in front of my children. I am sad to say I will no longer support this location and hope others speak up about the absolutely horrific customer service this location consistently displays.
