Burger King — Restaurant in Beaverton

I've lived in Beaverton for over 25 years, and needless to say, I've come to this BK many times over the years. I've seen several iterations and remodels, and even was there for the infamous $0.99 Whopper days. But time for the review. This BK is in a central location, has great outdoor lighting, clearly visible from the street an even allows you to get in touch XXL bike lane to turn so you don't have to show to much traffic down. Both internally and Externally, it has had a pretty recent remodel.

The outside looks fine and clean enough. I will say though, that I personally feel that this parking lot is weird and overly bumpy. But plenty of places to park. I think they could use way more defined lines for parking spots. The drive through is standard and it's set up in a way that it won't interfere with actual dining traffic. The internal dining room is fine, nice and bright, and seating for probably 40-50 people. It wasn't too dirty, but they were in the middle of seeing when I walked in. So there was a pile of dirt that was visible, as well as the fact that they were doing an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the location. A funny part of this location, is it's restroom signs. For both the men's and women's restroom, they have a funny image instead of the traditional boring image you'd find at most other places. The men's room was, to my delight, in a very clean condition. I was impressed actually.

The only problem was the speed of service. They were clearly busy, and like most fast food places, always, always, always, understaffed. I ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken nuggets, a pie, and 2 drinks that I could fill myself. This took like 15 min... Anyways, I'll probably come here again, but keep that in mind...

Ok...I don't know how to explain my experience with this location but they have certainly lost my business because to make my point they didn't have any whoppers. I live close by,.. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and places run out of merchandise but being out of whoppers is unacceptable because went to Hillsboro location and they had it, it's not like it was tomatoes. On top of their lack of service and letting the customer who was behind me get out in reverse I was polite to the customer until he rudely said it was not his problem and would not move. I confess that I was very upset and took it out on the drive through employee which was not necessary still the problem could of been prevented and even let go if I could of left the promises and had to wait in front of three vehicles ahead of me. It is the HOME OF THE WHOPPER and the management needs to be reevaluated.

They could of put a sign saying that they were sold out on whoppers. My mind was set on a double whopper again they need to be more productive and have some common sense by warning people who will likely go through the...

Not in a million years did I think I would stop going to burger king until my experience here. I diet during the week and have cheat meals at the end of the week. For my cheat meal, I went and got a double Whopper meal from this location. I knew from the beginning this was going to be a bad experience when I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got to the drive thru, no greetings and worker just grabbed my card. The same person who just used my card, put his entire hand inside the French fry container which was really gross.

When I got home, I took a few bites from the burger and noticed a giant piece of hair. I almost vomited on my floor. One of the worst cheat days I've had and lost my appetite for the whole day.

When I went to the store, manager did not assure me if they will prevent this from happening to someone else and later noticed he only refunded me for the burger and not the fries I brought to them in the bag.

Very disgusting place, no quality control on food and 50% chance of getting...
