Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Beaverton

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. We ordered food online we had to enter our card information in 3 times due to an error occurring and to please try again. After the 3rd time it finally went through and we went about our day. About 45 min later a Doordash driver arrives requesting cash. Even tho we entered our card info multiple times, upon reading the confirmation email it did say cash however we did not select cash, the website must have defaulted to the option. So I call the store and immediately the girl that answered at 7:29pm popped off an attitude. I explained to her there was an mistake with the transaction and we do not have cash. She said the driver can bring the food back "since we can't afford it" i told her we can and we were paying with card but the website messed up, She told me she could take my payment over the phone and we were getting the card to pay. . While my husband was doingshe told me that they stopped using personal drivers a month ago and only contract with 3rd party delivery then I asked "well what's the driver supposed to do now, this has been a waste of not only my time but his as well" and told me that wasn't her problem and she was canceling the order and we could either eat it or throw away. Upon asking for her name she told me the order was canceled and hung up.. Management you need to have your employees take some training on how to handle customer issues and complaints, this certainly was the wrong way to...

Pizzas taste good but every time I order delivery from this location, I've had a complaint.

1. pizzas missing ingredients
2. would order half cheese pizza and half with meat on it and instead would get 2/3 cheese and 1/3 meat
3. weirdest and worst cuts on a pizza as if a 9-year-old tried cutting it with a plastic knife.
4. changed my contact from home phone to cell because I was at a friend's to order from my phone, but they still called my home phone when they needed to tell me they ran out of an ingredient. There were lots of guests, had to order 2 large pizzas, I called them right away, they tell me that they decided to send just 1 pizza and a coupon for NEXT time when I need another pizza NOW. I promptly asked them to give me the pizza I PAID for NOW and they were accommodating enough to make one more "free of charge" as she put it. Even though I paid for it already in the first place. Can you tell that I'm getting really impatient with this location? The pizza crust is really yummy though. Advice: Don't order pizzas with more than 2-3 ingredients. In store pick up is better...

Wow...I dislike leaving such a poor review. Ordered from the NW Murray location....not sure why it shows the TV Hwy location on the review....?

The on-line ordering was fine, the delivery person was pleasant and prompt, but the pizza was frankly awful. I ordered a large "Tuscan Garden" with thick crust. The sauce was Ranch dressing, (my bad, I thought it was white sauce) the crust was soggy, the tomatoes seriously undercooked, the amount of topping (veggies) was skimpy and the whole thing was just distasteful. My son and I ate a piece each (we'd been working outside for hours and were too tired to cook) and threw the rest away.

All this, with delivery and tip, for the bargain basement price of close to $32. Will not be ordering from Papa John's again, I am...
