I just can’t say enough great things about Link and Ari Jewelers.

I previously went to ABC jewelry a few yrs ago to make an engagement ring out of family stones and to slightly modify an heirloom engagement ring of my grandmother’s and they designed both very poorly. My grandmother’s original art deco ring design was totally obliterated and the ring I created was a mess: loose main diamond, thick band, ring size was slightly large, features I didn’t ask for, and it took months of back and forth with them to get it completed. I even googled jewelry terminology and sent ring pics I drew on to help me communicate my needs. They said they couldn’t modify any of it. Said it was how the ring had to be built the way I wanted it.

After years of sitting on these rings and being unhappy, a girlfriend recommended Ari and Link Diamonds. THEY ARE AMAZING. It took 1 time for me to tell them what I wanted and the ring is even better than I could have imagined. They fixed all the problems the other jeweler said they couldn’t.

They gained my total trust so I commissioned them to fix my grandmothers ring and they did! It was so beautiful I could cry. That one was harder so they brought me in to see how they work the design 3D, which was so helpful.

I unfortunately bent the crown that holds the diamond on my engagement ring that’s only a half year old. It seemed like a simple fix, so I didn’t spend time researching the best jewelers in the area. I went to Link Custom out of convenience of location.

First of all, I expressed concerns about the diamond not being secure in the crown, and they had no advice for me. All they said is they would look at it, and when I picked it up, they assured me it was checked and secure. After inspecting it and playing with it on my own, I have found that the diamond is moving around in the bracket.

Second, they wrote down my phone number wrong and could not get in touch with me. I had no communication until I called them, which is nerve wracking with a new, expensive ring.

Third, and most important, all four brackets that make up the crown have dents and scratches from whatever tool they used to straighten my ring. I noticed them immediately when I picked the ring up, and asked the person up front about it. He was caught off guard and didn’t notice until I pointed it out. I was a little in shock, paid the $15 charge, and left. They offered to take another look, but I do not trust them to fix the scratches. I regret not standing up for myself and paying the $15, knowing that it will cost me even more to get the gold buffed out at...
