The pharmacy staff is extremely nice. They always have the volume of medication that they need to fill my prescriptions for stiff person syndrome and I was really glad that they were able to get me in for my vaccination. I was having issues doing it online and they printed the paperwork and booked the appointment for me right there at the counter. Of course you can't expect them to do it the same day when they're short-staffed. But the next day I got the best pharmacist that I could hope for to do the prescribed shot and last time somebody did it it burned like no tomorrow. Nice stuff. The only downside I have, the reason I put a 1 star… this has happened numerous times. I gey get that they are super busy. I call in the morning when my meds be ready, “we are working with on it right now and will be ready for pickup after 2pm. I come after 2 or 3pm and it’s not ready. So frustrating! Then I’m asked if I would like to be notified by phone, i said no! The reason, even at times has get these notifications I drive to the pharmacy and I’m ask wither I got notified or not. I say yes! Staff was rude and spoke to me as though I didn’t understand how insurance works. It was a terrible experience and it took FOREVER. I get it takes a while to fill these but for someone who just out of dental surgery and is in pain I would’ve liked it to be ready within the 40 min allotted time. they sure didn’t have any issue lallygagging and when I found my husbands prescription insurance after I submitted it they seemed annoyed.
