So so so so good! I cannot recommend Ma-ed Ethiopian Kitchen highly enough. The woman working there is so sweet and helpful. The food is fresh, flavorful, and portions are big. I've gotten the Agelgil a few times and always let her pick what to use in the layers, it's always amazing. The owner was kind enough to explain to me how the menu worked. This was my first time ordering Ethiopian cuisine and she made it far less intimidating. The food was incredibly delicious and packed with savory goodness with a hint of smoked spiciness. The item I ordered ended up being enough for 3 meals and the leftovers were also incredible. Came to ma/ed yesterday and got the injera lasagna. This was my first time eating Ethiopian food and it was definitely an amazing experience! The lady working there was so sweet and patient with me. The spices left a nice sensation in my mouth. The smell of the food is very nice in a way I can almost taste it. I will surely come back to ma\ed and eat more!!...
