Fresh Fish Poke — Restaurant in Beaverton

OMG.....ive been eating poke for 30 years and this food cart is a complete rip off. I ordered two large bowls and the first one was a salmon poke with greens. There were only 5 tiny little cubes of salmon and literally one bite of seaweed salad and no edamame, it was all lettuce. The second one was a tuna salmon combo and there was no salmon, just a scoop of mashed tuna that looked like baby food on top of lettuce. These guys have no clue what they are doing and I will never go back and tell all my friends what a scam it is. Moreover, who mashes tuna into a paste and calls it poke? We drove out to Beaverton to try these poke bowls for the first time and it exceeded my expectation. The rice was perfectly seasoned. There was a nice selection of toppings.
