Ichitan ramen — Restaurant in Beaverton

I visit Ichitan Ramen pretty regularly since I live very close by. I love their Baked Dynamite and Takoyaki! They are always made fresh and have a great flavor profile. I grew up in Hong Kong so I always hold a higher standard on east-Asian foods. These definitely do not disappoint.

On an other note, the owner is super nice! There was one time when my takoyaki order got over-cooked a bit while I was waiting. The owner made sure to a cook a new batch and compensated for my time with some extras pieces.

I have been really impressed with Ichitan Ramen! The staff are really kind and have been accommodating with vegetarian substitutions, it’s also located within the BG food cartel area which has really nice seating areas. The ramen itself is some of the best I’ve ever had, and the noodles might be the best. The egg is always cooked to perfection and the broth in my miso ramen is exceptional. Just tried Ichitan Ramen for the first time, and it was amazing! I went with the Tantan Miso Ramen, and everything about it was spot on – from the presentation and temperature to the portion size and flavor.
