I'd give a higher rating cause the food is good when it's made right, but the service is terrible. They are somewhat pleasant but spacey as all hell. You literally tell them what sandwich you want and the toppings - (all very simple sandwiches.) - right there as they're making it, and every time, they somehow fail to make the sandwich correctly with the ingredients you want. It's like they deliberately don't put on items you ask for. I'm too short to see over the countertop also, cause it's so high, so I can't even see if they're making it correctly. It's incredibly disappointing to leave after paying for the sandwich you were expecting, only to find out they failed to put on multiple ingredients. Also, if I order an AVO turkey sandwich, tell me why the hell I wouldn't want the avocado. It blows my mind how the person behind the counter working there for a paycheck in a customer service environment, where you have to memorize minimal menu items and then be literally told how to make it, A SANDWICH, and they STILL can't follow directions/orders/requests. Idk how the hell half of them even got hired because the job is so simple. Whoever is training these people needs more training themselves or to be demoted. I don't want to be rude and sit there and open up my sandwich to check it, right there in front of them every time, but I guess if I even decide to come back here, I'll open it up and check it at the register. Then they believe their service is worth a tip? I'm sorry, but hell no. They can't even do their job right. The employees need to practice giving a damn about their job and their...
Read moreI'd like to preface this with I've never eaten anything from there before. My husband went to pick up our sandwiches and he calls me and tells me they are out of the meat for mine (I believe they would be open for another 3 1/2 hours, so that gives the first red flag). I look at their site trying to figure out what else to get and choose tuna, figuring can't go wrong with tuna. I could not have been more wrong. What I got was a warm (why is tuna warm, at the very least it should be room temp, this was very warm) disgusting looking wet mess. I picked up one half to bite it and try it and thankfully had a plate under that sandwich as all that tasteless wet warm mush that they called a tuna sandwich fell apart all over that plate. I would've needed a spoon to eat it and a fork and knife for the wet bread. Oh yes, so very appetizing. I then tried adding salt. I don't understand why it was so wet when I only had tomato and lettuce on it with mayo on the bread. Did it get mushy and gross when it was warmed up (rhetorical). I then took a fork to taste the mush after I added salt to it and still it tasted so disgusting, I simply threw it in the garbage, will never eat there again and I hope someone learns from my mistake. I would have given them negative reviews if possible!!!! Just...
Read moreWhen picking up my order I saw an employee who happened to be bagging my food, touching her mouth. I let the 1st one go, but when I saw her finger go up her nose next, I loudly called her out. I said hey, you are serving food and putting your finger up your nose! She of course denied it, but I said, "I clearly just saw you!"; the other girl making the sandwich muttered under her breath, "oh geez", like I was being unreasonable. I have worked in the restaurant industry 20+ years, and I know people don't realize that they are touching their faces or wiping their snotty noses with the back of their hands or arms. If I saw it, I always brought it to their attention. I had the girl who made the sandwiches rebag the one sandwich the other girl, ( who had disappeared into the back room ), and left. I was very put-off by the whole experience, but ate the sandwich anyway since the nose-picker didn't actually make the sandwich. Coincidentally was eating my sandwich and had weird texture between my teeth, finding the small piece of plastic showed in the picture. Needless to say, will never eat at this...
