I've been going to this Taco Bell the last month month-and-a-half, everything's been fine. And then one morning I came in on Saturday morning 🌄 and I got cheated on a cheesy bean and rice burrito 🌯. When I went back in the Drive-Thru to tell them that the portions on my cheesy bean and rice burrito were not sufficient. The staff there met me with severe disdain, incompetence, and overall unbecoming of a customer service food service worker. They started to charge me until I reiterated that I had gotten severely skimped on the cheesy bean and rice burrito that I had already ordered, I had the 🌯 burrito Open so the contents could be 🙈 seen. They got enraged at Me and I know this because they started to cause trouble for me, for real. They made me another bean burrito with the same skimped proportions, then they forgot the "light" cheese that I ordered. When I checked the burrito in front of them, they denied that they had to put bigger portions on that particular type of burrito. The people involved in this were; "a young large dark lady" and "a young slender light guy". The guy's name was Bailey Norman. When I asked what the lady's name was he wouldn't provide me with that information. She was the one serving my food I do believe (Not the cashier). The main manager store owner/operator's name is David Piper. He was not present at that time, I believe. I have a picture of the first skimped burrito🌯, and 2 pictures of a good 🌯 burrito, adequately serving as an example of what the first skimped burrito should have looked like. I came in on Sunday morning the very next day like I've been doing for the last 6 weeks, and Bailey proceeded to tell me that I couldn't go back to the store anymore, that he couldn't serve me because I was causing trouble. All I had done was asked for normal proportions on a cheesy bean and rice burrito after they had skimped me the first time around. In this business you are allowed to correct mistakes of the workers if there was a mistake made. There simply was a mathematical mistake of the proportions and I was being a normal customer trying to get it fixed. I should not have been treated that way, not only do I think it's unfair, but they should be reprimanded some way so that it never happens again. Something of this exact nature thet wasn't my fault, just like this time, happened around two years ago... They were skimping me on some potatoes 🥔🥔 that I had ordered on the side. They just argued, and their mathematics were wrong. I could even prove it just like I am now. So enjoy the differences between the two skips burritos and the nice normal burrito 🌯. I don't see why I had to be their victim. Please afford some sort of Justice to help fix this problem, I think that treating regular customers like this is illegal ‼️. Read moreKnew I was in for a treat when I walked through the door and saw 6 groups waiting for food and no one taking orders behind the counter. My child wanted Taco Bell though, so we waited a couple of minutes and finally placed our order. Then we waited. Minutes passed. More minutes. Finally one person got their order. More minutes pass, and one more patron gets their food. Eventually it becomes a race as more people come in to order. Now we are second in line waiting for food. They hand out an order for Brad, and Bob grabs the bag. A polite discussion ensues and they stand at the counter to get verification. And they wait. Eventually they get one of the staffs attention, and they said they never filled the order. Another staff member comes up and states he never said Brad or Bob. Eventually one in the back yells out that an order for Bob is still on the screen. Problem solved. Standing around is still about 6 people waiting for food.
I started this journey around 5:45p. My food finally came out. It's now 6:30.
Meanwhile, the staff is milling around and shuffling their feet like soulless zombies.
The whole point of Taco Bell isn't high quality, sit down restaurant food. It's barely sustenance... But it's fast. This was neither.
You know what's lower than Taco Bell food? That same food after having to eat it after sitting in a bag for 30 minutes because you are racing to make up time getting to your next...

This shouldn’t be encouraged. Normal positivity is awesome, this was just obnoxious and imposing and made everything much slower. I assure you my voice didn’t show my annoyance because I like my food spit free, so it wasn’t passive aggression, he’s just too immature to get through the shift conducting himself like an adult.
