If you are considering going to this locationās drive-thru, I would implore you to go anywhere else. A young woman by the name of Abigail (Abby) H works at this location, & based on what I can see, will go out of her way to make sure you leave upset. Abby is incredibly rude, & worse, possesses zero customer service skills. Did you order something youād want to eat with a fork? Too bad, because not only are you not getting napkins, you arenāt getting that fork, either. After she fails to ask if youād like sauce, sheāll roll her eyes and āmmmhmmmā you when you ask for it. Businesses like Taco Bell wouldnāt exist if it werenāt for their customers. A low-level employee that alienates her guests & makes them feel as if they are a burden is unacceptable, for all parties involved. I had to go into the store & take a receipt to get a survey code, because you guessed it - she didnāt give me mine. This has been an ongoing issue with Abby since the first time I interacted with her in the drive-thru months ago, & I imagine it will continue. A polite tone, please & thank you is not enough for her to be respectful.
Abby, the service you provide is shameful and unacceptable. Because of you, I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. I hope that stirs something within you.
As for Taco Bell - I have submitted a review with a survey code, in addition to this review. As a company and part of the community of Beaverton, my suggestion is that you treat your customers with more dignity & respect. One star is too good of a review for the customer service offered at this location.
As for you, the person reading this - I recommend that you go somewhere else & save...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrom slow, bumbling and unenthusiastic employees who can't even read "No Sour Cream" on a screen to management who closes their lobby on a whim without any kind of posting online or on the front door to inform guests they've simply decided to work less for the day, I have never had such consistently horrible service at a fast food business before
I work next door and visit out of necessity more than anything for a quick bite, but it is becoming more of a challenge than it's worth to deal with employees who seem to only show up to put in the absolute minimum effort and still manage to mess up almost every order in some way or another
The hours are posted right on the front door, Google says they are open for dining in, but the employees seem to think those are more guidelines than a strict schedule, as they will simply close the lobby in the middle of a weekday for no reason other than not wanting to work
At this point I would rather go without food or walk much, much further down the road just to avoid giving this business another dime ever again, as this horrible behavior has been consistent for more...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis particular Taco Bell on Hall Blvd and Scholls Ferry is bad. They make food ahead and keep it sitting waiting to be ordered, instead of making food when ordered. You cannot keep Gordita Crunch crunchy if it is made ahead and allowed to sit around before being sold. Zero crunch left! The crispy taco inside the flatbread with other moist ingredients goes to complete mush! Twice now I have ordered it with a request that the taco inside be crunchy not soft and mushy. Both times, they were just mush. Epic fail. Other Taco Bell's I go to have not been a problem with this, they know to make the product to order. It is just this store, the nearest to me, that messes up so frequently. Don't even start me about the missing items discovered when I get the bag home...that happens far too often. I'm really done with this store. I will drive to the Taco Bell on Murray Blvd and Allen from now on. Better customer service, much better...
