Overall I had a great experience here at this Wendy's Restaurant. My Daughter and I, plus her Uncle (my Brother) were all spending a day of Fun-Filled Activities at the local King Pins Bowling Center and during the day we got hungry. Out of all of the nearby businesses with varying food choices Wendy's sounded the best to my Daughter (so naturally that is where we went). The food was quiet good (as usual) abs quiet fresh, however the service was a little slow on taking our order. Now I do realize that the staff was overwhelmed with online Grubhub orders when we had showed up, and by "overwhelmed" I'm taking about something like 17+ Grubhub orders dropped on them all at the same time. But with that being said, it took the staff roughly 20+ minutes before they would even acknowledge that we were still standing at their counter waiting to order our lunch. However I will say this though; The Manager who was working at that time ([who I wish I had the name of] without any "prompting" from my Brother, my Daughter, or I) did take notice of how long we had actually been patiently waiting at the counter for a staff member to assist us with our order, went out of her way to make sure we knew that as well as gave us a "$10 Off" discount on the total price of our Lunch order. So All-N'-All I believe I can speak for the three of us (my Brother, my Daughter, and I) when I say this: We had a great experience at this Wendy's Restaurant. The staff are hard & dedicated workers who can solve problems orderly and appropriately "on-the-fly" (so to say), they are accommodating and kind as well, and most of all we all definitely do recommend visiting this Wendy's Restaurant to anyone...

I stated “my order was messed up” The person immediately clicked off. I said hello about four times. Then the manager came on and said how could she help me. I was like ummm I just said my order was messed up. She says “pull up, I’ll refund you” I say, “I never said I wanted a refund?? I just want my order corrected?” I get to the first window. The white girl locks it. So I pull up to the second window and explain my problem to the manager. She says “That’s not my hair I made the drink.” I say “umm it’s not ours either. Our hair is curly, not straight.” I explain the problem again. The manger starts getting new fries and a drink. I’m talking to my family in the car and say “So instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem she tells me I’m being refunded. Then I pull up to the first window and the white lady locks it. As I get to the second window the manager was being insensitive. The cook from the back (wearing a apron) says “sometimes the fries just come out like that” They eventually correct my order but were still treating me as if I was trying to get over when I came back through the drive thru right away and showed my issues with the food physically. I also threw the incorrect order away in the drive thru trash can. My fries were COATED IN SALT! YOU WOULD NEVER TREAT A WHITE PERSON THAT WAY. I’M SUING! Read moreUsually really like this location but had a pretty appalling last visit! A friend and I went inside because the drive thru line was quite long and didn't seem to be moving. Inside, every single table was filthy and covered in crumbs. There were probably 10 people stuffed in the kitchen, and we waited probably 5 minutes at the front of the line before being able to order. As soon as I ordered, the cashier walked away - no one came back to take my friend's order, (despite me actually flagging down someone and asking if we could finish ordering so we could just sit down!) for over 10 minutes. My food was ready by the time she could order. When I asked if someone could just take her order, we were told "we have a lot of mobile orders" which is understandable, I get you are busy, but should you not prioritize customers literally waiting in front of you to order?? There were only 2 orders on the display board from what we could see, too. Had I not already ordered we would have straight up just left. We would not have minded a small wait for our food! All told we spent a full 20 minutes waiting at the counter before being able to sit down, with multiple people who came in to order after us receiving their food first. We didn't have a crazy order or anything, either, they just left our 2nd tray sitting there missing fries until the ice cream was melted. Won't be back...
