This place really disappointed me tonight with their service. I ordered the #505 to go, lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl, and they forgot the sauce that makes the dish what it is.

That's like ordering pho and forgetting the broth, or ordering salad and forgetting the dressing. This was not like forgetting ketchup or napkins; it was a huge disappointment.

When I called them after coming home, they very rudely told me to come back for the sauce. I wasn't going to go all the way back there just for a sauce, when it took all I had in me to go there in the first place.

They said I can come get the sauce, bring the food back for a credit, or get two free sauces next time. Seriously? What's the point of two free sauces with no food to go with it?! So, what, either I drive all the way back or I eat dry, flavorless noodles?

It was their mistake, yet they didn't offer me any sort of compensation nor did they sound remotely apologetic for the inconvenience and disappointment. Instead they condescended me and then he hung up on me...!!! For real?

Ridiculous. I've never experienced such awful service in my life. It's OK to make mistakes, but to be unwilling to offer any other compensation besides just bringing the food back, and then to be rude from the moment they pick up the phone, is unacceptable. There's many other ways he could've approached this, this was...

We've eaten here many times over many years, averaging 1-2 times per month. This used to be my favorite pho location, and it might still be if I'm in the mood for pho, but tonight they lost my business.

I ordered sugar cane shrimp, something I've ordered many times from Pho King Good. But this time the amount of meat on the skinny sugar cane was so low I decided to call in and complain.

I work in the restaurant industry and when we get a complaint we do anything we can to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied one.

They passed me to 3 different people, all of which said they wouldn't be able to do anything. I even gave them suggestions of how they could make me happy. I was willing to drive back to the restaurant to show them how little meat there was and was basically told to not bother coming. If they remade the dish it would have the same amount of meat.

It just isn't worth the price I paid. There are many other pho restaurants in our area, including Pho Van (a little more expensive, but their sugar cane shrimp has well more than twice the shrimp meat). Time to find a new...

Have wanted to come here for a while just based on the name. Now my review might seem harsh, but it's not meant to be.

They were busy enough, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my order came out quickly.

My issue was the pho itself. First, the smell was offputting. (I ordered the beef pho. I think #3) I've had beef pho all over and love the smell of a good beef broth. This didn't smell right to me.

Second, very little beef compared to what I'm used to. There was more sinew and fat than what I would expect. I actually had to Dr it up a lot before I found it palatable.

Now in my defense, I eat at Vivis frequently and Pho Saigon when I want a change of pace. Both are really phenomenal and I wonder if my standards are too high because of where I frequent? All I know is I don't "have" to Dr anything from either place for my food to smell and taste amazing.

If you come here and like it great, I dont want to hurt their business. They seem really nice. Just not what...

First of all, great name. Even better when people know how to pronounce pho correctly lol. This place doesn’t have the best ambience but the food is solid. My staples are the 406 dungeness crab soup and the vegetable spring rolls with peanut sauce. The soup has a base much like egg drop soup, with crab mixed in, as well as hunks of pork, shrimp, and amazing thick noodles. It’s my new comfort soup! My only complaint about this place is it constantly feels loud, can not hear the person right across from me. There is no barrier from the kitchen so you hear all manners of plates banging around, there is some music, and sound just really carries from other guests. Doesn’t stop me from being a regular though!

We decided to give this restaurant a try as we were intrigued by its audacious name every time we drove by it. Their establishment’s name suggests the food to be outstandingly good as you can tell but, even though the food was okay, it was far from being the best we have had. Portions were stingy compared to other restaurants we have been to—consequently, what you pay for is rather steep. On the other hand, service was good and courteous and the restaurant was clean as well. The name certainly attracts and it is a great marketing strategy but I believe it does a disservice to their business when customers expect the very best their own business name implies.

At first I was going to order Bun Bo but I didn't eat pork leg and blood, I told the staff to only give beef and spring rolls but "she said if I only eat beef, there will only be 4 pieces of beef because the restaurant has divided it into portions so the price will still be the same" I changed my mind and ate Bun Mang Vit but I was really disappointed, the broth was very cold and the duck meat was very sour and very little. My friend ordered rice 602 the meat pieces were very thin and burnt black, the rice was not broken rice, the shrimp was very dry and bland. If I had to go back to this restaurant, I would never go back :)
