I walked into the Beckley Crossing US cellular store so fustrated after being on the phone since 1:00 that day its 5:00 now,My phone couldnt recieve a code to set up the e-sims,I thought here goes nothing' I walked in the door to the most prettiest young lady with a big smile asking how can i help you? I told her the story i had been on the phone all day with customer service with tech and here i'am with a phone no service.She said let me see your phone, lets get you up & running.She had her hands full with it but she didnt give up she was determined to get it fixed, It gave her a run for her money ,she worked & worked until she got it fixed Ashlei knows her stuff'not only georgous, very smart! She kind and so friendly, makes you feel comfortable, can talk to you while working on a computer.Every business needs a Ashlei like i had at U S Cellular at Beckley crossing.Thank you Ashlei for your patients and kindness and that beautiful big smile you greeted me with.Ashlei didnt know as i set there my brother had just come out of a 8hr open heart sergury when he went in only 15% ws working, and the thoughts i had no phone & he was in charleston frightened me, you were my last hope, you were my God sent,Thank you Ashlei I will do business with you time & time again. this company has failed to show that I am in a poor service area when there is a store down the street they also have already gave me $20 off. Which is nothing compared to the BILLS THEY SEND!!! the company has also failed its customers in the Beckley area the company has lied to the customers in this area and the store needs to be removed from this area because if I'm in a poor service area so is the STORE! Also the website says I'm in a good service area with 5G they have failed to provide the service they have promised and I want my money back. Also they need to call me and speak to me because they didn't advise that a ticket was being put in! Also I want my money back and do not care about the systems. BY THE WAY. My experience with Heather @ US Cellular at the Beckley Crossing was great! She helped me above and beyond what anyone was expected to do. As far as the phone selection goes and the activating of the new line of service was fast and easy.. However the part that took a good bit of the day was the porting of my number from AT&T. It wasn't her fault. It was the weekend and it takes a good bit depending on a couple things.. BUT the end result was great! I called her and let her know my number was ported over. As far as the coverage goes, it is SPECTACULAR! It is a GREAT alternative to AT&T. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ROAM ON AT&T in Wyoming County, BUT THE PHONE SAID US CELLULAR WHILE I HAD SERVICE, so the coverage between areas and tower to tower was flawless. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY...
